This planet fitness wants people to visit in person during a virus outbreak to cancel their membership. They will not work with you during this time of crisis. multiple emails and phone calls go unanswered and you are left wondering if they will continue to syphon your money. I am ashamed to have been a member for as long as I have. This situation will show the public which companies actually care and which only view you as another $$$. Planet Fitness has shown they do not care at all.

Wish they didn’t play the most generic mind numbing possible and free weights only go up to 70 lbs. Also don’t understand why they have so many of the same machines and the 30 circuit area is pretty unnecessary. You get what you pay for I guess. It is clean though I’ll give it that

This PF location had everything I needed to stay in shape, and all the staff are very friendly. I recently had to cancel my membership due to the pandemic, and they made the process painless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

Employees need to get off their phones. Also the curtains in the men's room need to be washed or changed.

Nice, newer location. It's a little bit small though. This location can be tough to get in and out depending on the time of day!!!

Clean, chill, cool place to get your sweat on. Unobtrusive and friendly staff, killer massage hook up. Highly recommend.

I like this location. Close to work and has all I need.It's smaller than my home location but it gets the job done.Only complaining I can do is the parking since it was a Walgreens prior. On Monday's and Tuesday's parking is a hassle after 5pm

It’s a fantastic facility. I really don’t think you could find a better value in the area. There are so many perks and the monthly and yearly fees are crazy low for all the equipment and benefits included.

The ladies are so nice and impressive but the machines (the running one) most of the time got hot and even you touch the screen it hurt you (electrical heat).... what's up with you and nobody told you that before? You need to fix it! It or you gonna kill somebody.... Stop it!

The have a bad system. You have to log in when you enter and to use each machine you have to log in again so to work out you have to bring your reading glasses if you don’t like to carry the key tab whit you. Staff is nice and help you. That doesn’t make any sense.
