Used to be my favorite gold's, but now the loop bands are all in the crossfit room with no check out process to use them if you aren't part of the class. Feels like when you want razors from wal mart, except you can't get them without an extra part of your membership.

Do not sign up here. They ignore email cancelations for weeks and then try to charge you for an extra month of membership AND bs overdue fees after you finally cancel. There's plenty of other good gyms nearby to spend your money at that won't scam you with fees! The owner and manager both lie and dodge emails to keep collecting membership fees.

Went for a demo visit and signed up on the spot. Didn't seem like a lot of meat head gym culture, everyone just getting a great workout in and enjoying themselves earning some sweet sweat equity. One bummer was the pool being drained, but that's okay for me as swimming sucks anyways. :)UPDATE: Been attending about 2x per week since my initial review and still love it. I've done everyday of the week and never had to wait on equipment. Everyone seems really focused on getting in, working hard, and getting on with it.Update 2: I've started coming in the mornings to make sure that the time is there to workout. The gym is great in the mornings! Everything is well placed and tidy (as you'd expect)Update 3: Google keeps wanting updates, you'd think I worked for them. Anywho. Staff has continued to be amazing. I've had issues upgrading my membership and they've been nothing but accommodating.

I was working out. The assistant manager kept coming up to me harassing me while repeating himself. My friend did have a membership to Golds Gym. I was not personal training her. She made it late I finish and was helping her with the workout. Mike picking on me obviously made me angry. I have never been to a gym where someone continue to come talk to me while trying to workout. I would like a refund and to cancel my membership as I don't feel safe working out here anymore.

amazing facility, but stuff is always broken and being used, we need more weight racks in this place there’s like one weight rack, and 30 treadmills

Clean facility, amazing staff, and the SilverSneakers class is great. Only draw back with the gym, the pool and spa areas are closed. 😔 …

My first time there was in February in 2023 I heard great thing about it. But the only thing I don’t like was that the water in the fountain tasted like toilet water!!! DO BETTER 🤢 …

Giving it a 4 star vs 5 because I love the Studio classes!! However this gym if not going to a class no matter what time of day it seems to always be unreal packed and people are so inconsiderate of space!!! If I didn't have the classes I definitely wouldn't be a member cause of space there. Maybe extend it more like originally talked about in the pool area, by getting rid of the pool and making the gym bigger there!

I called in the morning for a 2 day pass for two people and a guy named “Ben” answered already in a sour mood. He wanted me to do the math instead of just giving me a direct answer over the phone and got upset when I asked for the price of 3 days. It would’ve been better going to Pflugerville Gold’s since it’s next to my aunts house but the guy was so rude I ended up going to North Round rock Gold’s, they were extremely nice and didn’t mind answering questions. Gold’s gym Pflugerville has poor customer service.

Updating my previous review. There have been several sensible improvements.First they did replace the pad finally on one of the hamstring machines. They also opened up the the golds fit area to general use which I think in time will ease some of the overcrowding.
