Never really had a problem with clean or dirty gym. It's always well kept and staff is very friendly.

Great price. They seem to have a hard time keeping up with wear and tear. Kim is awesome though.

Be careful signing up. You can't cancel unless you go into your specific original location or send a certified mail. If you cant, they will offer a bunch of sorry's and tell you how much they empathize and blah blah blah. Bottom line is it is predatory and they dont care about people or helping people, just trapping people in contracts.Edit: check their response to see what I mean. i dont care at all if you are "deeply saddened" and no one reading could possibly believe you are in the first place. Electronic signatures are fine for leases, bank business, taxes, and every other company in every industry. You only "need" a signature in person because you decided that. And that decision is based on trapping people in contracts.

Spoke with a woman named Christine. I was only trying to reduce from the black card to the regular and was hung up on twice. Told that i need to go in to make a change and sign the form. I inquired if they could email the forms as I have young children and travel for work. No time to just "go by". I am a regular but do not use the black club services. Ridiculous.

Tried calling to freeze or cancel my Account, was told could only freeze for 30 days. I said freeze it. I went in to cancel to find they had continued to change me the monthly was well as the annual, and expected me to pay for another month when cancelling. I mentioned the phone call to freeze, and was told I see where you called but it says you didn't want to freeze the acct. Well, that payment didn't and won't happen. the $$ isn't the issue, but rather the lack of customer service skills by the staff. The staff , including the Manager, who made sure I knew his title were unhelpful, smarmy and condescending and didn't make things easy at all.I've seen a constant decline in services and quality of staff with Planet Fitness since I joined in 2016. This has led me to return to one of the more professional establishments that know how to treat their client base and have better trade practices.

place is good for the price, BUT waaaaayyyy too crowded, they did a sale on memberships at one point and now it's too crowded too often

Great strength training machine, large work out areas, countless treadmills, good work outs! Amazing staff !
