Relatively clean compare to clubs in San Francisco. Located in the business park, right off freeway.Update 7/2023:Much changed since my last review. The club is dirty and unkempt.

Place is terrible. I‘m paying for 24hours but you guys close up early. Showers are broken and dirty. Equipment is missing screws. Only a matter of time until someone gets hurt. Management needs to get fired on the spot.

First time here, it was nice and cool this morning, clean, and the front desk was friendly. After reading the previous reviews, I was a bit nervous to come. I’m glad I did it. It’s not bad at all and I will be back here again.!!!!

Unfortunetly, this marks the begining of the end for me. The staff is great but over time the regulars have taken more and more advantage of the location and treat it like their own personal jungle gym. From people adding scents and dumping water in the steam room, to one of the two of the regulars who play chess every night at the spa drink directly from the water cooler, mouth to spout. No one rinses before going into the pool or spa. They jump in sweaty and smelly with no regard. I always feel gross when walking around bare foot and its imposible to feel clean even when you shower. Continuos broken equiptment.Staff: nice, and always helpful no complaints there.Hours: I have the same common complaint as most of the people here. For a 24 fitness the hours are terrible. they take every opportunity to close as early as possible. They close earlier on weekends when I actually have time to work out and for a spot called 24 fitness they certainly are not.Thank you 24 you have served me well these passed 3 years but I have to do some serious thinking about returning. I am taking some tours this week at other gyms this week. Too bad becuse this one is literally down the street but for what they charge and what they offer and the state of things.. they're also taking advantage of their guests.

I was a member for a couple years and had a good experience there. It’s not the most luxurious gym, but it has everything you need even when I decided to quit they didn’t try to stop me at all and I was very pleased with the customer service.

This gym is NOT clean. The sauna has bugs, the treadmills are ALL BROKEN - been broken for weeks and don’t seem like they will be fixing them anytime soon. The machines need to be oiled. The planet fitness is way cleaner
