If you love politics while exercising this is the place for you. Multiple large screen TVs with in your face political TVs on the same "news" channel. No variety and the same coverage day after day. I for one am sick of politics. If you try hard you may find a treadmill near a TV showing soap operas. Very disappointing.

I like to come here weekdays in the early mornings. Not too packed and the showers and locker area are clean. I tried to go once at around 7:30pm and it was wayyyyyyyyyyy too packed, I’ll try again after people give up on their New Years resolutions *evil face JK

This place is garbage. I'm military and don't live in town. Tried to pay the one time fee for a pass....but the guy at the front desk said I couldn't sign a liability waiver until the sales team was there at 6am.....But I could sign up for a membership right then and there no problem. Haha....what a scam. Went to 24hr on Elk grove-florin and they let me in for free saying they honor their military. Sac 24r is horrible...dirty....and unprofessional scammers.....Go to the Elk grove-Florin location!!

This gym is ghetto it's dirty the even take money out of your account without your authorization. I had a go through a long process with them in my bank. I came to the counter and the gentleman told me I'm no longer active. I assumed it was over so I went to a different gym. Little did I know they continued to take money out of my account for year and yet they don't want a refund me???? This is the type of business they run???

Fantastic Health Club. From the weights to the basketball courts to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool, this place has it all. Even more, the staff is phenomenal. Everytime I've been there, from the Manager to the front desk and personal trainers, everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel at home.Best club I've been to in a long time.

Just ok. Equipment looks pretty decent, pool area is really in need of better maintenance and general upkeep. I complained to the staff for 1 1/2 WEEKS about a shower curtain that had black mold. Nothing was done until I talked with a manager. Broken and missing floor tile in and around pool area and locker rooms. No pool monitoring that i have seen. The customers who frequent the pool are not the most clean looking individuals. I even had to get angry and lecture two swimmers for spitting and blowing their noses in the pool. Really gross. Lots of hair in and around pool. Bandaids also on the floor around the pool. Nobody comes throughout the day to clean anything. Many times i have seen mens underware on the shower area floors. Disgusting to say the least. But there is no other 24 hour fitness with a pool in this area.

Roaches in the Men's locker room, weird man takes a shower with his knife, old guys wash their clothes in the sinks, place stinks. Don't go here, it's gross. (Oh yeah, some piece of work stole my old shoes from the top of my locker. Lame.)

I like this 24-Hour Fitness because they have a pool and that's really why I sign up for 24 Hour Fitness so that I can swim when I like get in the jacuzzi and get in the sauna it's just so relaxing after a workout one thing is they can be a little more clean in the restroom that can be dirty which I don't like but for the most part it's a cool facility and it's only $29 a month

I like this gym. They have some good equipment - several different hammer strength pieces. There's a squat rack, two smiths, and a squat cage. There's one leg press and a hack squat. There's a few flat bench presses and one or two incline. I like that they have a decline bench press. They also have a free standing decline bench which is nice for abs or variations of presses or flyes. There are a good number of machines, including some Hoist. They've got an assisted dip, and 3 cable Freemotion machines, which are usually occupied. They've got universal equipment with 3 lat pull downs and 3 seated rows, as well as cables for bis and tris, or however you'd like to be creative. There are few stations for pullups (one assisted). For cardio there are all of the normal pieces - treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, ellipticals... There are also several classes available to take, as well as basketball courts that are generally being utilized. The trainers are attentive and engaged with their clients, as well as available for questions and to provide guidance. Most of the clientele are friendly enough and willing to share equipment. The lighter dumbbells are almost always hidden somewhere, so good luck finding any 15's, and there are VERY few 10 lb plates (yeah you big guys don't care, but the little girls do). It's a good gym. Come prepared to get in a killer workout.
