Very disappointed today, used to be my favorite gym, now very bad. The supervisor is incredibly rude to me and my cousin. He is not helpful at all, and acting very unprofessional. I asked for alternatives since the free tryout for my cousin doesn't work; the supervisor said no. He didn't even said sorry and not even care about us. Very unpleasant experience.!!!

Guys throw weights all of the time while lifting, after their sets. Leave weights where they lay. Last visit a guy finished his set, let me know he was done. Jw didn't use a towel on the bench. Looked like he was going to grab a towel to wipe off his pool of sweat. He walked away and started using a different machine.Staff never picks up after clients, nor tells clients to NOT throw weights nor to pick up after themselves, "but we have signs up."Many (not all) ghetto clients with disconnected staff.

If you have to go to work at 4 in the morning, don't expect to use the locker room here to shower. They closed down the showers for over an hour starting at 2:30 in the morning, they didn't have them ready until 4 a.m. because they had females cleaning the male locker room.

This place has a problem with maintenance issues. The shower heads spray water everywhere except your body? The whirlpool didn't work. Im getting less impressed with 24hr Fitness. It seems like they could care less about their upgrades or maintenance issues for their properties.

Yuk! I visited this gym for the first time today to try something different, mostly the larger pool. It was before 3:00 and it was packed. Waited 20 minutes then got in for a few seconds then couldn’t bare putting my face near/in the water. Looked murky and dirty and the whole gym looks old and dark and like a dungeon. The looker room was like a rat maze compared to Downtown and Roseville. The whole setup is weird AND no swimsuit water extractor so yeah ring that baby out yourself. Ugh! Nope not coming back.

I like moving around to see all of the 24 hour gyms in my area. This one was ok but i like the duel floor gym setups much better.

They have an issue with turning off the lights at 11 pm in the basketball court. I called them about it but they still haven't contacted me back. Will give 5 stars once I actually get 24 hours of fitness

For all the complaints about this 24hour, ive been to almost every 24hour fitness from elk grove to the East bay area and this location (for regular 24hour fitnesses) is comparably the best. Why? It is one of the largest and has the newest machines, and actually is cleaner (cleanliness looks to have improved over the past year) and LESS busy than average id say. Ive been a 24hour member for probably 10 years and had gone to this location almost exclusively for the past 3years until moving out to Oakland.

Has plenty of cardio machines and weights. Basketball court, studio, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Super busy during rush hour as usual. Parking is good as long as you avoid peak times around 8am and 5pm. Not a lot of class options. Sells some workout stuff and fresh smoothies. Locker room is fairly clean but shower can be a hit or miss.

The gym is large with a pool. They do not have towel service. Most of the exercise machines are new. I usually come on the weekends because there are less people than during the week. It is not cleaned on the weekends and the locker room is very dirty.
