It’s dirty, smelly, always over crowded! Need to open a new facility over in south Elk Grove area!

I travel around to all the twenty four s within this sacramento region. This location is the dirties, disorganized and has the most broken equipment! Avoid this location!!!!

This used to be a nice gym. I’d rather go to the downtown location but this one is closer. Some of the equipment is missing parts which makes it inoperable. The best part was how filthy the woman’s bathrooms and locker is. I’ve never seen an accumulation of random hair on thr showers and locker room. The bathroom oven better, covered in toilet paper confetti. All of the cleaning tools in a corner piled up readily available for thr people who pay membership toDo it their selves. The icing, about 7 employees at the front desk kickin it. Oh boy! Fire everyone and let us do the rest.

This place is incredibly scuzzy, I don't know what's been happening at 24Hr Fitness corporate, but all the local gyms seem to be run down and filthy. I'm discontinuing membership.

Staff is mostly unfriendly, not clean most of the time, at times it’s flat out nasty. Not enough working machines or too many people and you have to wait. All in all honestly it’s not worth it.

I’ve been coming to this gym since Feb ‘22 when covid restrictions were lifted and they moved everything back indoors. This is easily the worst gym Ive been too. There’s machines at this gym that have been broken longer than i’ve been a member here. The Leg extension machine has an out of order sign since before covid according to a friend of mine. no one is ever at the front desk to greet members or to answer any questions. the sauna and steam room look like they haven’t been up kept since the day the gyms been open the thermostat in the sauna is legit broken. a lot of the machines need replacing and the gym itself is completely filthy. everytime i step into the gym i feel like i need a shower too bad the showers in the locker room don’t work either lol. my membership is up for renewal in february and they just opened up brand new city sports across the street that charges $8 more than what i’m currently paying. i had a 7 day free trial over there and know what an affordable gym should be like in sacramento in terms of upkeep and cleanliness . if i don’t see some major changes in the next 6 months i will definitely be switching over to that gym. i wish i could give this gym 0 stars because it definitely does not deserve the 1 in its current state.

Signed up for a 3 day pass so I can work out late at night. I go at midnight ready to go (only time I can go). Get told by staff I should have came in between these hours so I can sign the paperwork because they couldn't do it. Get offered to go home or join a membership now. I just wanted to try the gym! Not cooledit: Cookie cutter response to my problems with the gym, as well as everyone else here. Staff told me they would make it a hassle to cancel my membership if I tried to. Again, don't try to go here. the reviews you see are true

I am new to 24 and joined because I travel for business and am excited to see other locations. my home base is Ventura and my gym there is kept very wellThis mornings workout was a total disappointment. This gym is absolutely filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed or dusted or cared for in months and months and months. See the pictures. This is not safe for the health of any of us as we’re in there breathing in dirt and grime and working out. I am so disappointed and even though my home gym is immaculate this still gives me a bad taste about 24 hour fitness and how they care for this facility.

This place is a mad house and super packed til about 2-3am and it finally calms down a little. If you play basketball prepare to wait 3-4 games just to get on. If your lifting dumbells good luck getting a bench or even finding the weights because nobody puts them back. Deadlifts/squat area good luck ever getting a chance over there because they're always occupied. It smells as soon as you walk in but unfortunately its only one of 3 locations open 24 hours in the surrounding Sac area.
