I love this gym. Sure it can be a little crowded and cramped. Sometimes I have to time when and where I walk so I don’t get hit or interrupt a set, but hey everyone is nice and chill. Every time I go the gym is clean. Plus having a hot tub, steam room, and dry sauna make it so much better and a great reward and after a hard work out. The price is just right for me too.

Ed Nichols is an excellent trainer! He's bright, very knowledgeable, makes the sessions fun And very individualized to my skills and goals. I honestly look forward to my training sessions. Although I’ve only been doing this for a very short time, I already feel a lot stronger and more coordinated. Great experience!

Joining this gym was a great decision for me. I so enjoy going after work and playing basketball, taking fitness classes, lifting or swimming and hitting the sauna and hot tub. The atmosphere is really friendly and conducive to a great workout. The staff is incredible and I look forward to seeing them each time I come in! Clean and wonderful location. Can't wait for expanded hours and towel service to return.

If you like year long contracts with $300 cancellation fees (neither of which they inform you of) multiple day waiting list for the pool and a very small weight selection then this is the gym for you

Gym itself is good but customer service has been inconsistent and disappointing, especially regarding communication, pre-Covid. Different staff members will tell you different things about their policies.

The gym charged me a monthly fee when it was closed during the pandemic. I've called 2 times and talked to 2 different person and was told I will get my refund back. It's been over a month and I have yet gotten my refund. They are try to take money from people during a pandemic when so many have lost their jobs. So wrong in so many ways! Shame on you!

Love it, pool is 25 meters which I'm used to yards but it's only 2.7 additional yards per lap. I just have to keep that in mind. First world problems ya know.

I love this gym. It is affordable, unpretentious, and makes working out fun. This classes are great and when I don’t feel like doing machines, there are racquetball and basketball courts to hit a ball or shoot around in. I typically struggle to keep consistent about the gym but I go almost every day here because it doesn’t feel like an obligation.

The outdoor gym is exceptional; definitely my preferred location during this time. It’s very accommodating and compliant to current guidelines. Great move using the parking garage.-Anthonyxibarrax
