Layout a little odd because it used to be a cannery but it's a nice gym with all I need plus more that I don't even use. Always pretty busy. Nice staff. Always clean.

I like to go here and teach my baby to swim. They have a lane pool so we stay in a small area and it keeps her a little safer I feel. Its the smaller gym. But nice and friendly

We really enjoy this place. They have something for whole familia. Nice pools and clean locker room. Daughter loves rock climbing area. Try and not go after work its crazy busy. Weekends are nice not many people there.

Helpful staff - and they keep the place clean. A good selection of equipment, recently renovated locker & shower facilities. Why not 5 stars? Sometimes the exercise rooms are very crowded during dinner hours, and the aerobic equipment room needs better ventilation.

I appreciate the changes and updates they have been making at this location. Newer equipment and updates to locker rooms and pool area. However, agree with previous reviewer often times have to wait for the one squat deck/rack. Often times being used by someone doing deadlifts that could be easily doing that in the "body fit" area.

The gym is very decent. It's well taken care of, and the staff are friendly. The size of the facility is pretty small though; it's cramped, and there isn't a lot of equipment to go around. To give you an idea, there's only one barbell squat rack in the gym.

I visited the location in the Cannery. I have been shopping for a new gym and my focus is free weights and then whatever comes up. Seeing as how this looked to be the closest location to me I called and explained it. I was I voted to come look the place over and get a tour.(I'm glad to note that they validate a couple hours of parking. 😊)They have racquetball courts and what looks to be. Full sized lap pool. That's great! However, the free weight selection looks like it was pieced together from a thrift shop. Don't get me wrong, each set of dumb bells were a matching set, but the style and brands were all over the place and the free weight room was tiny. It would have been nice to know that before heading over for a tour.So to sum up, if you want free weights go anywhere else. But if you want well kept and availible racquetball courts, this is the place to come. Also, if you want to get your swim in and not worry about interruptions, come jump in the lap pools.

Tried to sign up for a deal, they called me, deal was not actually available tried to up sell on membership. I declined. They call again, I ask them to stop calling. I have now received 10 calls in two days. Now, someone just hangs up when I pick up the phone. Love the harassment.

This place has a lot of problems! First off, their ads are misleading. They promised 3 months free for the Presidents Day special. Then, when they call you, they tell you that they just take the price of 3 months dues and reduce your monthly fee to $52 (or around there) when you pay for a years contract. This is not 3 months free, this is a bait and switch. I tell them I am not interested, and they call me back an additional 6 times. I told them multiple times to remove me from their list, and they continue to call me. When asked why, they said "we are serious about getting new members". I left a complaint on their Facebook page, and they apologized, stating that they would remove me from their list. Guess what happened 6 hours later? Thats right! They called me again! I don't want their services! I just want to be left alone! Between their deceitful advertising and their continued harrassment, it is a wonder someone hasn't reported them the the BBB or at least Called Curtis.
