I am loving my experience at this gym. Doug, the Manager, is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, great positive attitude/personality, and is for sure the reason for my new membership at Cal-Fit.Thank you Doug, for calling me back and giving me the desire to come and check out your gym. Front desk was very rude. Much of the equipment is broken and dusty. Gym is very unkept definitely not worth the money

This gym has everything I want: diverse selection of cardio machines, large airy environment and helpful staff, who let me workout in peace. I love it!

The gym itself is very nice as it’s newer and the equipment is new. The location is also convenient as our home is only about 5 minutes away.We wish it was more pleasant to come to this location, but the front staff is very unfriendly. Most of the time we are not greeted when we check in, and every time we ask to have a smoothie made there is so much attitude. I’m sure they were told making smoothies is a part of the job before they accepted it. One guy acts acts like he hates us whenever we ask. We told him to have a nice day and we’re ignored. For the prices cal fit charges customer service should be top notch. After our year is up we will be switching to 24 hour where I’m sure we will be treated better.

Gym is clean with new equipment. The main issue is the hours on Friday-Sunday. Absolutely awful, closing way too early. For being as expensive as they are they should have more availability.

Just got hung up on while asking for membership rates. The last 3 times I called none of the "employees" even knew how much their memberships cost. I assume that means they don't need or want any new members as they have their hands full trying to count on their fingers.

Staff was super friendly, my kids enjoyed kids club. The facilities were clean and sanitizer and cleaning wipes were readily on hand throughout the building.

Lots of equipment and a variety of equipment, the swimming pool and my personal trainer Gabie Vega is really good at moving my fitness level forward. it seems like all your employees are nice and they keep things clean and in order.

The front desk workers on weekends cannot help at all with sales. If you expect service, you have to be there 9am-3pm M-F ONLY. The district sales manager said he was setting up a pass but didn't and the employees seem unable to think for themselves (although they've got the party line down pat for sure). Expensive, poor customer service - probably a no, and you should think about it too!

I just walk in to get some information about the membership and the person in the front desk was so rude, didn't give me any information because he said I should wait until tomorrow once the sale person is there. Not helpful at all. Now I'm on my way yo the one on Carmichael where I had have a better experience.
