Had to cancel my bank card because it's impossible to reach anyone to cancel my membership. I've sent numerous emails and called. NO ONE ever responds and the front desk staff never know how to help. Haven't been here in months. Also, they don't clean things very often. The floor is dirty and free weights are rarely racked.

Keith the District Manager for Redwood Personal Training and Andrew who is one of the trainers are both amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and want to help the members of Elements Heath Club. Keith is very dedicated to his job and works hard to ensure that all his clients succeed. I can not say enough great things about Keith and Andrew and I’ve only been training with them for a week. I can’t wait to see where I am at after working with them for a year. I’m already down 5.6 pounds and getting stronger each day! The gym is great too! It’s changed companies and management a few times but the GM Kevin who is running it now is also doing a awesome job! There is a large variety of equipment and machines. I love the group classes especially the ones lead by Christina and Mikko. This gym also has saunas and a hydro massage bed available for free for all memberships!

Newer to the club but it’s been a great experience. I recently started working with the trainer Keith from Redwood PT and it’s already been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a short time. He offered a promotional training session and I figured why not, I’m someone who has worked out plenty of the years and considered myself to be in good shape so wanted to see how different it could be. And it was, in a great way. Got me hooked after the first one so I signed up to keep training with him, and I’m excited to see my progress after working with Keith to hit my fitness and physique goals. So far it’s been a very professional and hard working experience and I would recommend anyone to see if they can make it through one of his workouts and not feel exhausted but also have worked out every bit of what muscle group you were trying to.

Great gym, amazing personal training service. Set goals with personal trainer, came up with a plan of attack. Meals and workout plans laid out. Some of the most intense workout I’ve ever done. My current progress, I have lost about 7 pounds in a a bit more than a month. Really excited for my progress over the next months. Highly recommended service and gym!

Bad business practices, bad clients relations. Unresponsive management, draconian practices. Guys sign up at planet fitness or crunch they have way better customer service and affordable for any fitness level, this gym needs some change at the top, otherwise it’ll still be missing clients. Seriously

Big guy at the front is super rude, I have a membership but my barcode wasn’t working. So I waited for him to get off the phone and showed him that I have an account by singing into the app showing him the barcode etc. He didn’t say anything, besides it’s not working. I said okay we’ll I got charged for it so I wanna workout. He then said show me the charge on your bank so I did. Was very rude and even said I have 2 options, be quite and listen or he’ll kick me out. I was literally just explaining how I signed up when it was under the previous name so maybe that has something to do with it.

This is the best club in all of Natomas hands down. The people that work her are welcoming. Spacious , friendly , love the lounge area too. I love watching the Taekwondo Sparring on Fridays . I got a killer deal 34 bucks a month (or 39 no contract) and every time I go I can bring a guest in for free or I can bring my kid into childcare on select days while I'm working out. I love this place!!!!!!

Kind associates and manager. Used to come here when it was Fit Republic. They have improved some of the gym gear, the best one being the benchpresses imo.Come early and avoid coming near close hours if you want to maximize your workout. Raised the prices from 10$ to 30$ a month but it just means it's less packed which is definitely a plus.

Just spoke with Manager who apparently feels that a single email to their members is sufficient as proper notification that they would be getting charged monthly for their new gym opening. If am running a business especially a gym in a pandemic, I would be the herald of news of my gym opening with flyers and events and phone calls welcoming members back. Instead I find out through my bill. I asked the Manager if I could have a trial month as this is the Gyms 3rd ownership name change, and If I liked it I would renew my membership. He basically said no. Feel like this place just ripped me for 10bucks. Well, you get what you pay for. Good luck for not having a 4th name change.

The wife & I have been going here since it was Gold's gym back in the mid 2000's, stayed when it got bought out by Max fitness, then a few years by Fitness Evolution, then a few years by Fit republic all because management was willing to honor and keep us in at the grandfathered rate. Or at at least give incentives like military/state worker/peace officer discounts. This new ownership /management at "Elements Health Clubs" doesnt want to work with anything they treat long time members like we don't belong in their new named gym. The gym is not maintained, multiple machines are out of order. The gym smells bad. The paint and color scheme is horrendous. Coming from a 14 year member, I don't reccomend this new "Elements Health Clubs." They have better, cleaner, well maintained gyms near by.
