Greetings! I was finally able to work out again today after such a long break. Gym was very nice, clean and all machines were in great condition and safe. I would like to say a big thank you to Elijah at front desk for being so kind to me and very professional and helpful. He found me right away into the computer system and made sure I was able to get in and have my work out. Big kudos for him and he deserves five stars for excellent customer service, kindness and professionalism! His manager made a very good choice by hiring him there. Elijah definitely deserves a pay raise for his hard work!! Thank you so much again!!

Good price and good location but the building, especially the restrooms, are in need of repair. Roof leaks, air conditioning on the second floor is terrible, and treadmills are constantly broken. I'm assuming it will close soon given the Planet Fitness that just opened down the street with all new equipment and is clean and modern.

This gym is always busy. The treadmills they’re are not the best and half of them don’t even work. They only have one training bike which is all beat up and only two squatting racks that are always being used so it’s impossible to even get a turn. This gym is big but has little to offer. Sacramento needs an in shape.

Ive seen the steady decline of this gym over the last couple years. Originally a Golds Gym then Fitness Evolution then FIt Republic. With every change this gym has gotten worse. Broken equipment that stays broken. Half the treadmills are broken, they rattle, shake, and abruptly stop while youre running. No air conditioning in the summer. The water fountain produces hot water. Leaky roof in the winter. They got rid of so many amenities to cut costs (No smoothie bar, no daycare, no tanning, etc...) With new managment you can't just slap on a new logo and run the same business. Only stayed because of the location. Finally moving on.

WORST GYM. Their roof leaks, half their machines are ALWAYS out of order, the staff is incompetent and unhelpful- especially the young brown haired girl who usually works in the evenings. In the 5 months I went to this gym I think she looked up from her phone maybe twice to acknowledge me. Cancelled my membership and joined 9round Natomas instead.

Fit Republic, Natomas, is without a doubt the WORST gym to join. I was new to the area and their cheap basic membership price drew me in to join. The woman at the front desk, Brook, talked me into signing up for the premium membership to avoid a sign up fee, and then she recommended that I downgrade my membership to basic the next month at no extra fee. So to avoid the sign up fee, that's exactly what I did. However, when I came in to downgrade my membership I did it with the same woman, and as it turns out she never actually downgraded my membership. So I've been using only the basic membership amenities but I've been charged for a premium membership. I called to complain and get the up-charge refunded and it turned into a "he said, she said" situation so of course the employee denied ever making this mistake. Because of this I was denied my refund. Unfortunately, this happens to many people. Also, the gym ceilings leak water, the machines are always out of order, and the employees there are rude and unwilling to help. Their managers lack professionalism, and Sonny G, the manager of this location, even admitted to "fishy pricing situations" happening at that location in the past, yet he continues to do nothing about it.Save yourself the stress and pay a little more for a better gym that won't overcharge you, and actually has helpful staff and working equipment.Because of the fraudulent up-charges made on my account to fund their commission checks, I plan on taking this complaint to KCRA and the Better Business Bureau.

Nice place, awesome prices. Only bad thing about this location is the constant "under construction" that seems to be going on. Has almost everything a gym should offer, makes up for what it's lacking with cleanliness, quality equipment and friendly staff.

If I had the option I would give negative zero, I just found out I had a membership with them, fitness 19 gave them my account info and they've been charging me, I canceled it and they continued to charge my account. Definitely filing a lawsuit. Feel free to reach out if you have experienced same issue. They are thieves!!!! Management refuses to refund me money.

Been going here since it was Max Fitness. Still A great gym, with all the equipment I could ever need. Especially the best Back machines.

I got charged $29 to signup which was okay. I called in and talked to the manager KYLE and he said that the downgrade fee is $39.99 for the $9.99 month plan. I was told during signup that there will be NO fee to downgrade and that I can downgrade anytime which was misleading. Also I found out today that the company is changing to a different name which is Fit Republic so anything that you saw on fitness evolution site is NOT true. If you want to be randomly charged money from them then feel free to join them, there is NO such thing as $9.99 plan, Its a marketing technique to get you in the door. My advice is ..Stay away and save your money....
