Customer service is poor, girl in the front kept telling me she changed the card on my file but i kept getting charges on the CC i had asked her to take off their system, finally i had to go through my bank and have them block fitness system from any further charges since their employees could not seem to do it. Currently looking for a different gym.

I love this place. Everything is in pretty good condition and clean, and it's open 24 hours. You find a range of fitness levels - everything from old people lifting a couple of pounds to serious body builders making noise. The price is right, too.

The staff are very friendly and help, and the gym boasts a great diversity of equipment to exercise with.My only complaint is simply the size of the gym and the availability of the equipment; on days and times where there is only a moderate amount of people in the gym, many of the stations (like the power/squat racks) are often constantly occupied--which means you're spending more time at the gym, either waiting for your turn or opting to work in with the person at the station. This problem is compounded more during peak hours.

I was with 24 hour fitness for at least 6 years, and the moment that i set foot in this gym i never returned to 24 hour fitness. The staff is great. Jeremiah is more than a face at the door he is a friend and his level of customer service is exceptional! He treats all the members like they are guests in his home! Krystal from day care is excellent with my 2 children. She is very friendly and the kids call her TT Krystal. They saw her in the mall and ran up to her to give her a hug. Elizabeth and Monica are always very great and friendly and they always great me and my family with a smile and are both really easy to talk to and get along with! I love this gym and even if i were to move out of the area I would still attend this gym!
