Love Orange Theory Natomas. The coaches are motivating and have great playlists. Front office staff are always so friendly. I love that the workouts change everyday and there's always a good variety of exercises that you can take at your own pace.

Couldn’t recommend OTF enough! The coaches and staff truly help motivate you and keep you inspired to not only work out and improve your physical health but also build a mental toughness to push yourself beyond your limit 🧡 …

Orange Theory provides people at all levels of fitness the perfect balance to a workout. Providing both aerobic and anaerobic workouts help me stay strong and in shape. The trainers are outstanding and have a genuine love for their craft, but the best part is going in each morning and seeing people make strides and gains towards their goals. It’s a team effort without judgement. One thing to note, it’s pricy but you definitely get what you pay for. I love Orange Theory!

They had a welcome sign with my name on it which was sweet. I got one on one feedback and support. It was a good workout. Everyone was very helpful, clear and thorough.

OTF is the best family I’ve ever had. They push you and help you push yourself and you can really see amazing results both inside and out! Can’t recommend OTF enough!

Every coach at Natomas OTF is Fantastic. They are all different, but each has their own sneaky way to make me work just a little bit harder and not be lazy. Even in a group class, I feel like I have a personal trainer.

OT is truly a fitness family! When they say no judgment, there is truly no judgment. From the moment you walk in through the doors there’s always a warm smile and great hello.

This is a good alternative for people that like structured group exercise - high cardio - medium strength training. You will only get pushed by yourself or if you engage with the coach - they are large classes.

I loved it all. I went too hard on my first try and being it 10 years since I worked out so I'll need to watch my pace if I do go 3-4 times a week. The community was great. Someone else working out was super supportive and it didn't have a typical ick vibe at all. I felt encouraged and the music was awesome.
