I attended 200 classes over the last year and and took an awesome photo to celebrate. I would give Orange Theory six stars if I could. The best thing I can say is the staff is 100 percent motivated to your success. They are friendly, use positive motivation, and really take time to coach people..1. Accessibility - Numerous classes to maximize participation.2. Guidance - You work with visual aids, clear instructions, & a live coach.3. Positivity - After attending for nearly a year i can confirm without a doubt they are Friendly everyday, every encounter, and with every customer.4. Location - Excellent variety of locations throughout the city.5. Growth - Diverse combination of strength and endurance training.6. Atmosphere - Small groups with clean newer machines & good music..Six stars without a doubt.

I love Orange Theory. I am SOOOOO happy my friend recommended it. I been there a month now. It's very easy to feel a good vibe. I love the technique used to workout. I have always burned at least 400 calories (as a beginner) each workout! Lovely trainers.

The coaches and staff are extremely motivating and welcoming. The workouts are challenging and never boring. In addition, there are early morning and late evening classes to choose from. I’m so glad I joined OTF!

I honestly can't say enough great things about Orange Theory! However, my favorite thing is how this program is a great workout for anyone regardless of their fitness level. Exercising in such an inclusive and supportive envronment is why I joined in 2019 and still show up several times a week 3 years later.

Today was my third time at OT. Each time is better than the last. Francis is a phenomenal coach. I have a few limitations and areas that need lots of work. Not only did he give me alternative exercises and coached me on using the machines, he kept the whole class moving and exercising with directions, encouraging remarks and positive feedback. And staff already know my name. I’m pumped!

Enrolling to OT has been the best decision I made to make a change in my health, fitness and emotional development. This training facility helps you challenge how far you want to succeed in fitness. I never thought I can do what I’ve learned to do now with OT. I feel stronger, healthier and look better. I recommend OT to everyone of any age to sign up if you want to feel good, look great and to face your daily lifestyle with high quality performance.

I was hesitant about doing a class workout, but when I got there it all went away. The staff are professional and nice. The atmosphere and coaches are amazing and so are steps they take to assure everyone stays healthy and the equipment stays clean.

Solid workout and playlist with Casey. I’ve been to many of these studios and they were on brand, welcoming, and had articulate instructions for anyone to join. Thanks for having me. You’re always welcome to join us in the dry heat @SouthchandlerOTF in AZ

The workouts are rigorous, yet fun. They are also changed up every day to keep from being boring. Most important are the trainers who provide extreme enthusiasm with just the right amount of motivation.

I was struggling so hard to find a workout that motivated and encouraged me. I was very out of shape when I started, so I was terrified of that "gym mentality" that everyone talks about. Well, you won't find that here! The coaches are amazing and will work with you to build up your fitness. Can't run on a treadmill? No problem, you can walk at incline instead. Can't do push ups? No problem, you can do modified versions. Since everyone is competing against their own heart rate rather than each other, there's a wonderful comraderie that develops, no matter whether you're a marathon runner or just getting started on your fitness journey. I can't recommend this place enough. It's made me feel stronger and more confident, and it's been a lot of fun the whole way. Give it a try, you won't regret it!
