No management most of the members are low class. Shouting, laughing loudly and mess the stuff. You will see people using one pair of dumbbells but keeping other dumbbells with themselves uselessly. you can not have any dumbbells anytime because some people neither use the the gym stuff by themselves, nor let others use it

fairly busy..during 7-8..i only did the treadmill.. but people are very conscious about wiping down after exercising..and they have a person that goes around and wipe down as well..

The gym is clean and employees friendly. However, if management can work on a group of guys who treat the gym like their own personal garage gym. They are loud to a point where you can’t concentrate or enjoy the workout.

Planet fitness gets 5 stars for the cost but the overall experience is because of some of the clientele whim dont respect the rules of the club:1) sitting on machines playing with their phones and not really caring to much about other people on a schedule.2) people who come by and ask you how much longer on that machine...I dont play with my phone in between sets.3) There are specific area for FastTrack exercise people who need to get in get out and the employees do nothing to alert or let those who just hang out in these areas to NOT do that.4) people who don't wipe down the machines they were just on.5) And some people who just sit around on machines and socialize.6) At this location a few of te machines have been slightly or marginally broken and not repairedThis is pretty typical of all gyms I ve ever been to.and this is meant as feedback to those who operate this establishment.

Heather, the manager, is always cleaning and leading by example. Natalie is also doing a great job with upkeeping the cleanliness. The parking is always good and easy to find. Equipment is in good shape. Black card spa is always open and available for members.

Customer service advisor charge me two times and keep first ticket I checked my bank account I was right she or he or they or them had tried to swindle"Jodie Gioia" please be on the look out

They have put a lot of work in lately to make this a very clean and welcoming place. They have a good collection of machines to work out with.

One of the nicer planet fitness locations I've been to but the staff here is rude and super stingy with massage tokens. I feel bad for whoever has this location set as their home location

Love the experience, not like other gyms. Everyone from the staff to members were very nice.

Don't come here if you are a black card member. There is never anyone at the desk to use the amenities you pay for. Seems like the employees on graveyard sleeping. They always come wondering out of a back room around 5a. Or they sleep out in their car.
