I like the gym and all the upgrades they did to it and it’s really gotta for the price but my only issue with this place is there should be a time limit or something on the benches. I’ve waited over an hour to get on one of four benches and most of the time it’s people there hangout talking with 3 or 4 sets of dumbbells or sitting on their phone

Not a member just a guest my friend has a membership the staff is very friendy had no problems so far.Everybody is focused doing their own thing it's an easy place to workout and get you're sweat on.

I must say that I love the experience here at planet fitness. I'm just hoping I can get motivated to start my working out. any helpers

I have a vitamin d deficiency and have began tanning once a week to help boost Vitamin D production. I find that coming here isn’t as intimidating as the “tanning salons” of Elk Grove. It’s super clean too!!

Never had any problems at this gym , bathroom cleanliness needs a big improvement though , otherwise it’s a great gym, staff is always nice , not digging the free gym membership for these highschool kids either , they use the place as a hang out spot and hold the machines for the longest times , especially in the weight section 🙃 …. …

The area where it's located is kind of sketchy but it's what to expect for a lower cost per month kind of gym. However this gym is great for average gym goers and people who would want to get a quick workout. Powerlifters, there are no barbell squats, squat racks and/or bench press. They do have smith machines though which are good for isolating those muscles. I would still recommend to come here.

Hubby and I come here to work off all the food we try out. Clean spot, has busy times but when we come (11pm) it usually isn't busy. Workers are respectful and helpful. Pretty good gym. Just take care of your own belongings. The parking lot is known for break ins so don't take anything and leave it in your car. If you use a locker make sure you lock it. (They sell locks) have fun!

Gym equipment is fine save for the few machines that are out of service. The men's restroom/locker room is horrendous. There is ALWAYS litter on the floor. Towels, paper towels, toilet paper. And the shower are always trashed with spilled soap/shampoo and mysterious powder that I see almost every visit. And the restrooms always smell bad. No matter what time of day. No matter how busy it is. The smell is awful.

I been visiting in Sacramento a member of plant fitness and have enjoy being one but I found a location on Mack Road and I must say this is one of the most terrible location I been going for the past three and since I start going there no toilet seat covers for restrooms, no soap no tissue in some of the restrooms when ask staff at the front desk always told it’s back order which is just unbelievable you pay your money for great service and this what you get. I been a member for almost a year and I have never experience at any other location The things we are experiencing in the world today you would think those things should first priority Sam needs to get that location together seriously

Gym is clean, staff is very friendly and people aren't obnoxious and share items.It has a pretty solid vibe
