This is for the best gym I have ever seen.Definitely much better than California family fitness which is always dirty equipments are underrated and their hours sucks.This chairman is 24 hours super clean friendly staff.

This location is very close to where I work, so I occasionally will use this club. Very clean and well kept up. All the equipment was in great working order!

Canceled with this facility before gym closed because of Covid and my husband was just recently charged the annual fee for a membership we don’t have. Was told by an unprofessional employee to send an email regarding my refund. So not only were we charged by them, but we were also charged the bank overdraft fees. Definitely will be seeing me soon.

Planet Fitness West Sacramento is thee gym of the city, in my humble opinion. It is clean, has cool staff in the morning--I really don't hit the gym in the afternoon/evening--and it is so spacious with plenty of machines to use, even with every other machine being unavailable for social distancing. There is plenty of parking and before the pandemic, the group exercise classes lead by a trainer were great! For 10-20 a month, you certainly get a bang for your buck at Planet Fitness.

Just became a member on May 12th after never belonging to a gym and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff + Great equipment= Fantastic experience! My only regret is why didn't I join sooner

I have to admit I made a huge mistake recently. The Manager, Jose, helped me see the error of my ways. Though I was upset when I called, Jose defused not only me, but the entire situation. Highest praise to his professionalism. I WILL be returning, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.Best staff in all of the Planet Fitness chains. Clean machinces, again great and curtious staff, even the people who come to workout. All of them are great too. My wife and I would bring our kids with us (they are old enough), and we'd all workout together. Staff, as well as other members, would help keep an eye on the kids and make sure they were not only working out properly, but being safe with their workouts. What a great place! Can not really express how much you'll enjoy this location. BRAVO!!!! MAN I MISS THE BEDS!😁

24/7 convenience for $10/mth is phenomenal value for fitness at a single location. No complaints about the facility, equipment or staff.The Black Card membership are great for those who need multi-location access, the ability bring a guest, and access to additional amenities (tan, massage, etc).

I never that thought that the one place I would miss going to was the gym lol! But I sure do miss going to planet fitness, especially when we had the smoke in the air! The monthly cost is low, and parking is good. Staff if usually friendly. My only complaint is that I wish they had an Elk Grove location which would make it easier to get in and get out when I’m short on time. But I’m waiting patiently for this location to open back up again!

I Love working out at Planet fitness. They are open 24hrs and that does depend on the location. The atmosphere is very laid back and nobody bothers you during your workout. For $22.00 a month, you can get the black card which gives you access to the massage chair, tanning machines and the full body massage bed which is my favorite ending after working out.

Great place and staff is really friendly, they are back to the 24 hours . I come here when I can’t sleep 🤣, cleaning station always stock and even the people that go there keep to themselves.Yes the area is Mack road but parking lot has lighting and if your familiar with the area , you know how to watch yourself.Equipment is always clean and never out or order, Bathroom are nice and clean and if your a Black card member have access to the tanning beds and massage chairs.
