Gym is I'ma convenient location, it's ba good size with plenty of room at even some of the busiest times, bathrooms are clean, staff is actively around building. Hannah in particular help my girl and I with a tour and recommendations on our first visit.

I have enjoyed this gym . And I hardly ever exercised . Love the torso machine and the arm curls . Must get the upgrade so you can enjoy the hydro bed and massage chairs. By far I have been faithful 4 times a week . Btw I go to the West Sacramento location not the Mack Rd location .

Edit after Owner reply: already spoke to staff weeks before. Others have reported. I leave a review and you want me to do more?Original: Like others have said, no hot/warm water in showers and ac super cold. Rather get in my car sweaty than deal with that.

I like this gym a lot, the only complaint I have is that the employees here don't do a good job of re-racking the weights when members don't. Too many times I have to go looking for dumbbells when they haven't been put back properly. Also they aren't quick to replace missing equipment. They only have one 25 lbs dumbbell, when there used to be four.

I have been to amazing planet fitness locations and terrible locations. This unfortunately is a bad location. They do not require people to clean the station after use, that’s CRAZY! They have less than adequate equipment and keep the place 40 degrees to stop you from sweating. I felt like this was an under managed and therefore underwhelming location. Every employee on their phone and they have tootsie rolls for you but no one to scan your membership card to scan in? Chipped equipment, cables popping out of the machines that caught my cloths which could have poked my skin if not for my shirt, and dirty floors all lead me to cancel my membership to try and find a new gym. I wanted to like this location because it’s half a mile from my house but I don’t feel safe there and don’t feel the gym staff cares to change their ways to bring it up to a sanitary standard that’s reasonable.

Great facility. Rosie is a great, caring and insightful trainer. My one suggestion is that they should have towels available, for a slight fee of course, for when people forget to bring one for showers. Oh, and the tile floor in the shower room is slippery and could use some non slip strips across the floors.

I feel comfortable inside, i love i can go any time, the only thing i would improve on is security outside there is a few homeless or something out side that seem to go by the cars allot which makes me nervous being a older all alone lady walking in and out not to boot worried for my vehicle bring messed with. Other then that its great

Really pulls off what the ads promote about the place. Friendly helpful staff, clean clutter free environment and the sense that you are getting closer to your goals daily. A wonderful place. Only complaint is the location where there are instances of reported crimes but not a major issue in respect to the business.

I had a great experience at this location! Personal trainer was awesome; she created a fitness plan that worked with my goals! Staff was friendly, the machines were actually wiped down while I was there, and the locker room, restrooms, and showers were clean.

So far this gym has met my needs in regards of my physique goals. It does get crowded at times which I do not have a problem with. There are people who do not know how to clean the machines, mats, etc. after using them. Some of the paper towel dispensers in certain areas of the gym are empty at times. There may be some type of odor you can smell but that's due to gym members in my opinion. It is not the facilities responsibility to make it smell good. The gym members should know not to come in smelling like they havent put on any deodorant. All in all the environment is okay when it comes to no judgment but that might depend on what time of day you go honestly. Overall I'm happy.
