I love this gym! I just started a month ago and i already feel stronger and know more exercises than ever. The owner John and the other coaches are very hands on. I met new wonderful people too. This is my first ever crossfit experience and i’m truly glad that i joined. It’s not just a gym. It’s a family.

I was looking for a change to my work out routine in January and I'm so happy I checked out Fitness4ward. It's exactly what I was looking for. I used to go to the gym 2-3 times a week. Now I'm there 4-5 a week. I love the structure of the classes and the expertise of the trainers who are always focused on form, motivation, commitment and having fun doing it! After every class, I feel like I've just had the best work out. I really enjoy tracking my progress and have already seen results in just 6 months. It's a great balance of strength training, weights, core and cardio. It's a great community with a great vibe and positive energy. I have been coming here for 12 years now after serving 20 years in the military, belonging to several gyms and using several trainers, this is hands down the best fitness experience and best overall program for personal health. I look forward to coming every day mainly because of the other people. Every session is structured so you are doing the same exercises as others and it makes for a great social as well as fitness environment. Every one encourages every one else. The program does not use one method but rather formats change throughout the year so that you truly exercise your entire body over time. My 24 year old son joined me here and the program fit both our needs. I am in my best shape in years as I enter my 60’s. I can’t say enough positive comments. Come by, try it for a month or two and you will agree.

My fitness has always been an uphill battle for me. I start and then quickly fall apart. I had plenty of excuses as to "why"...motivation, lack results, you name it, I used it. Then I came to Fitness4ward to do their 8 week, Groupon special. That was 4 YEARS AGO!!I have found so much more than a gym. The support and friendships. This is my family! They push me and encourage me. I have not only stuck them but I am a better person. Mentally and physically.I never ever thought I would like working-out. I love coming here. And I constantly come here. If you want more than a gym, I highly recommend trying them out. It has changed my life.

I have been a member of Fitness4ward since its inception and have seen the owner Jon grow up and develop his business from the ground up.I have learned a lot over the years, made really good friends and I am stronger now than I was when I was 20 years younger.He has built a great community that offers support and camaraderie and I love going there for my daily sweat!! 💪 🏋️♀️

I have been athletic most of life. I used to run a lot for exercise, but 10 years ago I needed to have one of my hips replaced (hip dysplasia plus years of running) at a fairly young age and 5 years after that, I had my other hip replaced. Since that time, I have struggled to find a workout that gave me the same endorphin rush that I used to get from running. I’ve dabbled with swimming and the peloton but it wasn’t the same.I started working out at Fitness4ward about 2 months ago, and for the first time since giving up running, I feel like my fitness is improving in a variety of ways. I’ve been going at least 3x per week and every time I leave feeling worked but satisfied. It’s still only been 2 months and I’m excited to see how this progress continues. This fitness regime is WAY more than I would ever do going to a gym on my own. I highly recommend!!

i had fun working out, the coach is really nice and helpful and it was a really fun experience i did over the summer. i used to be physically weak tbh and now i can finally lift SOME of the weights i couldn't when i started. the coach gives really good advices and he really pushes the people in the gym community to their limits.
