It's challenging, motivating, but not intimidating. I know it seems intimidating at first but the coaches work with you to modify the excercises so you don't injure yourself. Honestly, this is the only thing I've stuck with and I feel that I'll be doing this for a long time.

I do hope this place provides benefit to people reading the post, but to us its a nightmare. Please care about your safety as if something bad happens, then the staff/owner will all end with saying that what they did was the best.I got injured badly while doing workout there. Got a bad fracture, had to undergo surgery and has worrisome condition. We were newbies and we were not guided properly by the coach ( I did mention to coach that we're newbies at beginning of class itself). I do believe had the guidance given to her, the bad injury could have been avoided.I did reach out to the owner and GM so they can review the security, but they feel that nothing needs improvement.

This is the worst fitness center. Me and my wife were in a morning session of coach Rayne. We both were newbies and we did tell this to coach before the class, yet she was ignorant despite seeing that my wife is not getting the stepping exercise how to do, and i had to step in to show her, and then few seconds later my wife twisted her ankle and falled. The immediate reaction of the coach was to lift her and take her to floor outside and then go back and resume the class, instead of not changing my wife position and wait for paramedics to come inside the studio itself. Looks like the coach was not sensitive at all and was more interested in just resuming the class rather she could have paused the class and not lifted my wife from any position. My wife had to go surgery and this incident happened in Nov and we are still struggling to get our life back the same way it was before.I reached out to their manager but instead of seeing where they are wrong they feel things are fine from their end. I see at-least 2 problems:-1. Not setting right expectations for newbies like us to what to expect from their classes.2. Having the staff trained to better deal with situations like this, and not just think about "class" but "human"
