Although I didn’t end up joining, Tatiana was fabulously helpful and welcoming. If you’re even considering starting this awesome habit- come on by and you won’t be pressured one bit. Support and encouragement only. Thanks!

Great workout every time. I tried OTF with the goal to get stronger; it worked perfectly for me. They switch things up and it's never boring. Great combination of cardio and strength training. Highly recommend!

After witnessing an acquaintance huge transformation due to Orange Theory sessions, I decided to give them a try. The classes are well organized, running or power walking, rowing and various weights and exercises. I can see why people get hooked, persistency, consistency gets you closer to achieving weight loss goals and keep it off. I am happy to be a part of the OT family!

I’m an avid yogi and refused to try anything else. It took my husband a year and a half to convince me but I’m so glad I finally tried. The thing I love about classes is that it takes away the thinking and planning out of my workout routine for me. I show up and follow through an hour of all body workout. And as a reward, I get my results in the form of splat points and these colorful bars that tell me how I performed. I’m obsessed.I crave OT if I go for more than 3 days without a session. That’s how good and addicting it is.

The workouts are challenging, are a full body workout, are self paced and for every level of fitness, different everyday, coaches demonstrate and motivate you throughout entire workout, good music and nice people in the classes. I never feel like I’m being judged and feel accomplished after the workouts.

Love my workouts at OTF! Danielle is my favorite instructor. No matter the class size, she always gives personal attention to you if you need help with form or spotting. She’s always encouraging and a great leader!

First session this morning and loved every minute of it. From the sign up process, JR was a gem and Nicci was a star in the tour and giving me all this nitty gritty before class. Then Rob was a real champ explaining how the session works and I was super motivated. Psyched with my results and so looking forward to my next class! If you're still looking for a great workout, this is definitely the place to go. You'll love it💯💪💟

I can’t get enough of Orange Theory. I love how it’s a full body work each day. I didn’t want to believe all the hype, but when I first went and had my heart monitor hooked up I WAS SOLD! I love how the trainers push you to really perform at your full potential. You are able to see your heart monitor during the class on the TV monitors so it makes me want to push my workout to stay in the Orange and Red! So I know i will still be burning calories throughout the day!! I’m very glad that I decided to sign up and go! No work out like this!!

My 1st workout away from my home studio and I loved it! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, also the music selection in the lobby made me feel like I was on my favorite Hawaiian Island. Coach Danielle was helpful with making sure my posture was correct and also hyped me up when she acknowledged my choice of weight and praised my squat-whoo!!
