24 Hour Fitness in San Ramon offers a wide array of amenities and equipment. It's a large facility featuring modern fitness gear, multiple classes, basketball courts, a swimming pool, and more. However, user experiences indicate a mixed bag, with standout features like helpful staff and a spacious layout balancing against cleanliness issues and management concerns.

They said they cancelled my membership but I'm still being charged, and I have to visit in person to cancel even though I now live out of state. What a scam.

Great gym before covid (have been going for years) started going again during the pandemic and I’m 90% sure I contracted covid-19 from here 🫠 …

Machines are usually broke and wipes are usually out if you go in the morning staff is usually friendly but have no idea why they cannot fill up the wipes at 6:30 am. in the morning it's constant every day. It's still a work in progress at this location...

To be continued. The manager here Isn’t honest. There’s 2 managers here. One name is Tina. And There’s another trainer that I will get his information. Bad service here. They lied and cheated me badly here, I will get there names.

Nothing bad to say about the staff, the people that go there are some of the most prude people I’ve ever encountered tho. always clean, great equipment.

All pools in San Ramon were closed today and I really wanted to swim. Took a free3-day pass and LOVED it. I will signup!

Pro: best equipped gym in the area, tons of space, weights, machines and platforms with squat racks. All the amenties you need in a gym.Cons: the community isnot the best. No one puts DB away so it's always a hunt to find weights. Also gets very busy, so plan workouts accordingly.Probably the best all around gym in the TRI valley. If you want a similar experience but less people you'll have to take a big pay jump and try bay club in Pleasanton

Very overcrowded. People get hold of an exercise equipment and hold on to it for a loooong time, sitting on it twiddling on their phones. No concept of sharing equipment. Getting a flat bench is harder than winning the powerball. I have a prepaid membership but had to go sign up at another gym so I can actually workout and not wait on people

The staff is super cool and helpful. The sign up was so easy I was done before I knew it, because they did everything for me on a self-service machine. Great staff made me feel welcomed and everybody there was polite it felt chill and was clean and plenty of disinfectant.

I love this gym and all the equipment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My only concern is the mask enforcement. So many people working out without any masks. We are still in a pandemic. Covid 19 is still around. I feel like the staff should really take the mask mandate seriously. I can't imagine all the cancelations of memberships. This is the HQ of 24 hour fitness right? Why is this happening?
