One of the cleanest facilities they have.

Terrible members. Moved a bag left on a machine by someone for an extended period of time only for them to come back and threaten to fight me. Unsafe gym with a serious risk of getting violently assaulted. Staff don't really seem to care either.

Although somewhat rare at this gym, it is like a breath of fresh air to be invited to work in with an individual or group doing weight training when you ask them, “how many sets do you have left?” Kudos to those who do; you have a friend for life!

Not the same facility I use to go years ago. Is it the Pandemic that took toll on the maintenance? I doubt it, cause It’s one of the most convenient place and huge crowds all the time; even at 1am have to wait for turns to use free weights and barbells.I see equipment out of order, smelly locker rooms, water backing up in showers, water fountains always broken and over flowing. There is lint and dust at every machines meeting the floor….basically maintenance not at their best!Friendly front desk staff. Hope the facelift is not too far away!

I had to write this so that everyone is aware that bullying & making fun of minors or other people is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. My son and his friends comes at 24HR FITNESS IN NORRIS CANYON RD, SAN RAMON CA since summer, Until last week i dropped him off with his friend & one of the staff stop them, told that they can't come inside because they are minor (15yrs old). 2 staff (8pm shift) asked them to do 25push ups in front of the entrance and they will let them in. I went to the manager/ DOMINIQUE the next day and told what happened. I asked him to review the cctv to check what happened. He doesn't want to tell the name of the staff for privacy purposes and to "PROTECT" THEIR STAFF. First, what your staff did is not right to asked a minor to do 25push ups for them to use the facility. I kept on insisting to the Dominique that I would like to MEET and TALK personally to that 2 staff who asked my son to do push ups.You are protecting your staff, how about the kids that was bullied and cannot speak out for themselves while your staff is making fun of them. Second, staff will tell they are minors?? I saw lots of students coming in and out of that facility and you guys don't care how old are they. Management should remind each of their staff on how to properly treat their customers. We are paying for the membership not only to use the facility but to get better service and treatment. YOUR FACILITY JUST TELLING ME THAT YOU ARE OK ON MAKING FUN OF OTHERS, BULLYING AND CHILD ABUSE!!!!

Would not be coming here again. Employee, Mya was very rude and disrespectful. Kept racially profiling customers and giving them dirty looks as they walk in and out and felt very uncomfortable. I had to talk to her and tell her this was not okay but started to give me attitude when I talked to her. This gym needs to properly train their employees on how to treat their customers before they let them work in the open

Filthy gym - even bird poop on ledge overlooking the pool - music - actually noise - loud loud. Unresponsive management. Could not drown out the noise with my expensive airpod pros which I bought for and only use at the gym. Gave up - no workout today. And I have mentioned this numerous times in the past. Also for the management you have two broken sprinkler heads - that you know about near your front door - wasting lots of water - in California!

Nice workout facilities, but some group classes are full to capacity especially on weekends.

Parking is a nightmare here. Almost every single spot is compact so cars are parked all over the place, on the lines, in 2 spots, etc. Don't even try going during peak hours (5-7pm) cause it'll take you a half hr to hunt down a spot and then another to get equipment. Many times the paper towels are out at all the dispensers. Half the time no one is at the front desk cause all the employees are talking with each other or their friends in the gym. There are a lot of racks here though, more than any other 24 I've been to which is a plus. Hot tub is outside also which I enjoy.

I recently became a member of 24 Hrs Fitness gym after 13 yrs, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience. There were several issues that made my visit less than satisfactory.Firstly, the gym was overcrowded, which made it difficult to access the equipment or find a space to work out comfortably. This overcrowding seemed to be a persistent problem, as it affected my ability to fully enjoy my workout and disrupted the overall atmosphere of the gym.Another notable concern was the lack of efficient ventilation. The air inside the gym felt stagnant and stuffy, which made the workout experience less pleasant. The absence of proper airflow contributed to an uncomfortable environment for exercising.Furthermore, I found the gym equipment to be dusty and not well-maintained. This lack of cleanliness and upkeep was disappointing and reflected poorly on the overall maintenance standards of the facility. In addition, the dirty floors added to the general sense of neglect within the gym.The condition of the pool was particularly disappointing. It appeared as though it had not been properly maintained for a considerable period. The water quality and cleanliness were subpar, making it unappealing to use. This neglect of the pool raised concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance practices within the facility.Parking at the gym is a nightmare. Most spots are compact, The limited parking spaces available were often occupied, causing frustration and inconvenience for gym-goers. This aspect of the experience significantly detracted from the overall convenience and accessibility of the facility.Lastly, I was disappointed with the manager's attitude and approach. Rather than prioritizing customer service and addressing the various issues, the manager seemed more focused on sales, which created a disconnect between management and the needs of the gym's members. This lack of attention to service quality and member satisfaction was a significant letdown. In conclusion, my visit to 24 Hrs Fitness was marred by overcrowding, poor ventilation, dusty equipment, dirty floors, and an ill-maintained pool. The parking situation was frustrating, and the manager's priorities seemed misaligned with providing quality service. Considering these factors, I would not recommend this gym to others seeking a positive and enjoyable fitness experience.
