I had a great, great experience with Kate! She was dedicated, curious, and a great guide to getting me fixed after cycling wrecked havoc on my knee (and uncovered a _bunch_ of underlying weirdness in my body that I didn't know anything about but am now fixing).I feel stronger, I feel equipped to address anything that goes awry, and I feel like I understand why my body is doing what it's doing, which is the most important of all.Highly recommended!

I have been going to Iron Horse Physical Therapy and Pilates for my hip and neck pain. With every session, I continue to feel so much better. I am much stronger, my posture is better, and I can walk more and dance again.Dr. Colin has been incredibly patient and thorough with me and continues to find new ways to enhance my physical strength. He has done a fantastic job.Victoria did an excellent job diagnosing me and discovering that some of my pain may have actually originated from my back.I feel like a new person I feel so relaxed now that I am healing.Dr . Colin and Victoria are outstanding physical therapists and I am so glad I went here for my PT diagnosis and care.Sincerely,David E.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I experienced sudden sciatica at 35 weeks pregnant, which was unexpected as I work in the fitness industry and was a professional ballerina for 10+ years. I was unable to walk and had to pause all forms of exercise which was difficult for me mentally and physically. I was seeing my chiropractor who was beginning to worry I might have had an inflamed disc.I was able to see Victoria because of a last minute cancellation when I was 37 weeks pregnant. Not only did we confirm it wasn’t an inflamed disc but my pelvic floor was weakening and when I engaged/did pelvic floor exercises Victoria provided, I left our session able to walk. I was 95% better immediately and it stayed that way through out the rest of my pregnancy. I continued to do the exercises I was given which helped tremendously and I was able to get back into low impact workouts until I gave birth.I saw Victoria again 6 weeks postpartum and I’m currently doing 1:1 private Pilates with Nicole. I’m forever grateful for Victoria and her team being so accommodating. To every mama pre and postpartum - please please don’t bypass information about pelvic floor and diastasis recti. Understanding where you’re at physically will not only help during pregnancy, it will help during labor and for a smoother journey postpartum. I

I've had a wonderful experience working with Victoria on a running injury I developed while training for my first marathon. I wanted to go to someone who specialized in running, since I knew from past experience that many professionals would advise to stop running for a while. I wanted to put the work in, and focus on strength exercises to be able to continue my training. Her approach of strengthening exercises and soft tissue work kept me on track throughout my training block and I was able to maintain my running plan without significant pain. She was clear in setting expectations while I'm still building mileage, and post race we were able to really focus on rehabbing. I'll definitely come back for any future injuries.

Victoria and Nicole have been so immensely helpful with my postpartum journey. After having two kids 14 months apart, I had a prolapse. Victoria helped rehab my prolapse with specific pelvic floor exercises and also helped advise me on when to seek care from my doctor. On top of the pelvic floor issues, I also came to her with a torn meniscus and lower back pain. She helped me rehab my knee to where I have very minimal pain without having to get surgery, while also working on exercises to help support my knee, back and hips.Nicole has also been amazing introducing me to Pilates. The Pilates has helped my knee and core strength and helped maintain all of the things I fixed working with Victoria. You can’t go wrong with this team! They are amazing!

I am a longtime athlete with ehlers-danlos syndrome so I have a lot of issues with hypermobility, subluxations and strength. Since I started pilates at Ironhorse PT, my body has never felt stronger or better! I get personalized and individual attention from the instructors to ensure I am not doing something that could injure my body or hyperextend my joints. Great facility and instructors.

I came here for both a fractured ankle and a knee issue from playing soccer. I was still in the boot for my ankle injury and almost waited a month to come in for my knee issues. I worked with two different PTs and the PTs both seemed very knowledgeable. I was a lot better after a handful of sessions with a PT, then got back to 100% after the 9th session. The PTs don't just focus on the injury that you came in for, they also worry about your whole body as a whole. When some other problem or injury pops up, they would also try to work on that problem as well. For example, when I came in for my knee, after some time I have also sprained my ankle. The PT focused on that ankle to get better and heal too. After everything is good and healed the PT would want to help you improve and get stronger as a whole. Also, the PTs are fun to interact with and are easy to connect with because they all have past sports/physical activities.I would for sure recommend this place for people who are suffering from any issues and injuries, as this place has helped me get much better and improve as well.

I am so grateful for everyone at Ironhorse. I’ve been coming here for physical therapy since 2021 and it’s helped me get stronger, prevent injury and continue living my best life. All the staff is very professional, kind and they evaluate your body holistically. Dr Kate and Dr Colin have especially helped me and I look forward to seeing more gains from my sessions!

Victoria and her team helped me immensely! I saw Victoria for pelvic floor physical therapy after delivering my son. I was able to get back to running and my activities because of the care and help that Victoria and her team provided. PSA to all expectant and new mom: GO see Victoria and work on your pelvic floor and core function! Your body will thank you. :)

As a teenager, I was a competitive gymnast. I had a career-ending knee injury that went unaddressed for years. At 30, I had my first of two failed reconstructive surgeries. Now in my 40’s, I had a terrible flare up that caused significant swelling, pain, and dysfunction. My MRI results had me worried that a knee replacement was my only option (as my last surgeon told me when my second surgery had failed). Though I had been through physical therapy multiple times since my original injury, I was underwhelmed by the treatment. It always seemed like it started out helpful, but the scope of treatment was too narrow to actually result in major gains. I wanted to find a physical therapist that would operate outside the box and address my whole body because frankly, at this point, my whole body was suffering. I was referred to Victoria and Colin by a good friend who is also a physical therapist. I truly cannot put into words how helpful it has been to work with both of them. I have better range of motion in my knee than I have had in decades. They helped me understand how much my body has been compensating for this injury and how all those other aches and pains I had written off were actually related. I have gained strength and function in both my knee and my core. I truly did not think I would ever regain this kind of function in my body again. I wish I had found this kind of help before ever going under the knife, but I’m so glad I was able to get the help now because I’m able to get my life back without having another surgery. I can run around after my kids without pain and I feel more confident exercising in general. I highly highly recommend Ironhorse PT!
