Total fraud...we signed up for this yoga class and they maintain a recurring monthly $119 bill. We decided to cancel after 1 month...after Jayda informed us by text we sent an email on the 29th of the month to cancel as we though the classes were just OK. Mountain Yoga billed my credit card anyway and tried to maintain that we did not cancel on time. I have a cancellation email on the 29th of the month...and have documented proof of cancellation. This is a fraudulent company that will lure you in with a $59 introductory charge and then bill you regardless. We have filed a dispute with our credit card firm with proof of the email...be cautious here. We are sending this information to the Division of Consumer Protection and BBB as this is not fair consumer practice.

Excellent yoga in an excellent studio with excellent instructors. I was delighted I found Mountain Yoga 15 years ago and continue to be delighted with each asana and each instructor. The studio and classes continue to be fun and uplifting.

Love this studio. Nice community of teachers and yogis. I’ve been going here five years and love it. Not a fly by night studio. Mtn Yoga has been here for over 20 years. I expect they will be here at least another 20.

Great experience to join Shen's hot yoga fusion class! Coming from the East coast, it was a very welcoming environment and offered exactly what I was looking for from a hot room to work flexibility, increase strength and improve focus.

I first went to Mountain Yoga about 5 years ago and I had a great time. I stopped for a good long while but came back 5 weeks ago. Every day I’m in town, I start my days at the studio at their 6:00 stretching classes. We work with different instructors each day and, man, right now - I could not even imagine my life without Mountain Yoga. LOVE it.

Mountain Yoga is the best! Numerous classes to choose from, friendly and helpful instructors. I have been going off and on over the years as time permitted, but recently started up again because of back pain. Regular yoga classes have helped with this immensely, I should have started again sooner! Highly recommend!

I've been practicing yoga at MYS for a little over a year now and I really, really love it!I was looking for something that was just for me, that I might be good at, and that would get me reaching my fitness goals! MYS feels like such a safe space to me these days, everyone is so friendly and encouraging and respectful of peoples practice! Whether class is completely full or you are one of five, the environment is amazing!I originally chose this place based off reviews I had read and I couldn't be more grateful for the guidance! They also offer childcare certain days of the week and that was huge for a SAHM like myself! My daughter loves coming to yoga just as much as mom does!

I practiced there years ago when it was a Bikram studio and have recently started practicing there again. Great vibe, awesome teachers and staff that actually care about the people that are coming to practice.
