Classes are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The entire facility including the studio, changing area, and showers are very clean. Joi's classes are my favorite! She treats all of her students like friends, giving encouragement and positive feedback as well as helping us to improve and adjusting our poses when necessary. When you're at Mountain Yoga you feel like they're in this business for more than just money.

I have been going to Mountain Yoga Sandy for over 10 years. I LOVE this studio! The teachers are amazing and they offer great workshops and classes in addition to practicing yoga. The teachers are sensitive to injuries and trauma and encourage everyone to practice at their own level, respecting the body you walked in with each day. If I'm feeling strong, I work my butt off. If I'm not feeling great, I work on my foundation. It's a judgement-free zone. I love the heat, the teachers and I love the classes.

Best instructors and variety of classes in Utah-and in my perspective-in the world. I will practice at this studio for the rest of my life. I know many others feel the same, because after coming to the studio for almost a decade, I see several friendly faces whom I’ve seen coming for all those years. There are no words to express my gratitude for the amazing teachers and how they’ve helped me to become stronger, more flexible and most importantly-much more in touch with my inner state of being. I would highly suggest this yoga studio to anyone, whether it be your first yoga class or your hundred-thousandth!!

I have been a member of Mountain Yoga for 3 months. The instructors are kind, accepting of all abilities, and very knowledgeable. There is always time to meditate and practice on your own before and after classes. Instructors are also available to answer questions. The many classes make it easy to find one that works for me and my schedule. My 6 year old adores the kids yoga class! We are big fans of Mountain Yoga!

Although my pass to Mountain Yoga is quite expensive, I really do enjoy the classes. The teachers are all friendly and everything is clean and well kept throughout the studio.

I am a yoga novice, and I had previously been training at another studio. I was happily surprised by this studio, they had so many more options for classes, and their staff seem to have a greater knowledge base about the practice itself than the other studio I was attending. I am excited to be learning here.

Cozy, welcoming, and inspiring. The class room sizes are large enough to fit a big class but small enough to make it feel cozy.Every trainer I have taken a class from has been great. In particular, my favorite teacher is Jamie Cavazos and my favorite class is the Mountain - Hot Flow class that she does at 6 am.I have been going to yoga off and on for over a decade but it never stuck. The culture, vibe, and passion of the teachers and students at Mountain Yoga is addicting. . . so much so that I have decided to make it the focal part of my health routine (instead of the secondary part to my weightlifting routine)Both my wife and I go and love it. Looking forward to the day my kids can join me in the adult classes.I thought I would right this review to share my appreciation :)

Great studio! Joi is my absolute favorite. They have a variety of classes so even if you don't like the heated ones, you still have options. Marc wouldn't let me do my own thing in one of the bikram style classes and was super strict, but like I said Joi is amazing!

I love that they are true to the original Bikram. The teachers always have new insight on poses and how to enhance my flow. I learn something new everyday! Helpful staff and affordable prices. :)

I attended this studio when I had a frozen shoulder. Frozen shoulder -- hot room -- seemed like a good way to cure the problem. It actually helped quite a bit. I tried to get a friend to go with me but they were all too intimidated by the heat and humidity. Since I grew up in the coastal South, I don't even notice the heat or humidity. The instructors were all great. They helped me with alternate postures for the ones that I was unable to do because of limitations. 90 minutes sounds long but surprising how fast it goes.
