I chronically one of the oldest members at 73 I feel 20 years younger thanks to this wonderful yoga studio. I have been a member since 2005. Every year I think the studio cannot get any better and it always does. It is immaculately clean, decorated beautifully and best of all the staff and yoga instructors are so friendly, helpful, and professional. I feel as if they are my second family.

I am 2 months into becoming a member at Mountain Yoga. I had never done yoga before so I was pretty nervous to start. From the first class to today, every instructor has been amazing. They are all kind, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, calming and reassuring. I’m totally addicted. I am starting to gain strength and skill. I sleep better, I feel better, and can’t wait to come back. I take a variety of classes and love each of them.

I was reluctant to try hot yoga because the thought of being in a hot room with a bunch of sweaty people seemed claustrophobic. My wife had started going and she was the last person I thought would try yoga. She has been attending every other day for about two months and loved it then kept begging me to try it. I finally did and the entire experience was amazing. I did the hot earth class which is easier I guess than the flow or fire class. While it was challenging I feel the sweat pouring out of me was exhilarating. I could breath clearly and the room did not smell. It was very pleasant with plenty of room. The poses were tough but I love how the instructor guided beginners to do easier poses that still got them to stretch. The people at the front including instructors were kind and made the process easy. I just signed up online and they had a one month $29 all you can do yoga deal. I’m going to keep going at least 3 times a week for the month and love this place.

Absolutely loving this studio. I never thought I'd like yoga, let alone love it. My overall well being has improved tremendously in the six months I've been attending classes here. The instructors are great and leave room for growth in every class. I highly recommend trying Mountain Yoga.

The community here is absolutely amazing. I started practicing here in January and felt at home immediately, even though I had never step foot into a yoga studio. Every teacher and staff member is warm and inviting. During classes, teachers are really great about giving modifications to help you do what’s best do your body that day with no judgment. I also love the variety of classes offered. They welcome and embrace beginners in all classes. I recommend this studio to everyone and anyone!

I've been coming to this yoga studio for about a year now and I highly recommend it! The culture here at the studio is supportive and uplifting, the teachers are friendly and very knowledgeable, the staff will always great you with a smile, and as a whole, they've really built up a community feeling at this studio. There are 5 different types of yoga classes that they offer (heated and non heated), along with non yoga classes (barre, pilates, Qigong). All levels of practice can attend any class (even in the most advanced classes, the teachers will show modifications that beginners can perform). This truly is a place where you can learn and grow your practice.

I’m a chiropractor in the area and I love Mountain Yoga Sandy! Their teachers are very respectful of the body and don’t push into postures that are biomechanically not good for joints. I would recommend MYS to yogis of all levels!

I have been attending Mountain Sandy Yoga for 6 years. It has made a tremendous difference in my flexibility and stress level. I recommend yoga to my patients because it can help with chronic illnesses and pain.
