I have been coming here for a few years. I absolutely love it. The instructors and front desk (Catherine) try to know everyones name, which I love. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. The yoga instructors are inspiring and give great instruction. Its a very organic atmosphere but is run very professionally at the sam time. It's just a great community to be a part of!

Hands down the best hot yoga studio in the Salt Lake valley! The studio is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. There are 2 spacious yoga rooms, heated and non-heated, with all the yoga toys and accessories available to use (blocks, balls, straps, bolsters, resistance bands, weights & blankets). So many great classes to choose from- traditional hatha yoga, fusion, flow, restorative, barre, Pilates & Qigong. They hold excellent workshops periodically that deepen your skill & yoga practice. But let’s be honest...it’s the staff & instructors that really make this place! They are extremely knowledgeable, positive, helpful, fun, creative, and dedicated to giving you the best yoga experience-body, mind & soul. I highly recommend. Your body will thank you!

I found the Mountain Yoga driving by. I have been wanting a non-gym studio. The energy and warmth of the studio and its teachers is wonderful. I like the heated classes. I appreciate the traditional practice and use of breath over music, however am in love with the few classes who offer variation and more flowing movement with music. As a working mom getting to class is not always easy but there are a lot of class options. Ive fallen in love with the studio.

There is no place better to practice yoga in Utah! Great facility, great instructors, great community, unbelievable variety of classes! Thank you Mountain Yoga! Namaste ! I have let my practice lapse this winter because the skiing was so good, but am excited to go back to Mountain Yoga now that the snow is starting to melt!

This has to be my favorite yoga studio in Utah. The staff and teachers are so loving and welcoming. Each class is taught in such a great way that it makes it easy for any level of yoga student. They offer a variety of yoga classes that fit anyone’s needs. The classes are offered through out the day and seven days a week. They even have really supportive and motivating classes on holidays!

After moving back to Utah from Seattle, I decided I needed to get back into a regular practice and find a new studio here. I've been to many studios and classes over the past 9 years, so I am picky about teachers, class types, schedules, and studio design/vibe. I am so happy I found MYS because it really fits all of my needs. I haven't found a studio that does so many types of classes so well and has such a robust schedule that fits around my work and life schedule. The teachers are great, I'm always able to get in when I want to even though the classes are usually full, and I enjoy the workshops that they offer as well. This is definitely my sanctuary!

Signing up for Hot Yoga at Mountain Yoga Sandy is a no brainer! Not only is it such an inviting environment, but all of the teachers there are absolutely excellent! They know how to challenge you when you need it & encourage you to listen to your body and take it slow when necessary. The heat element does wonders for my back and neck and I feel hot yoga is a necessary reset for your body if you have a desk job. I highly recommend giving this studio a shot, you won't regret it!

I’ve been going to this studio for almost 7 months and I’ve really enjoyed it! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. The instructors are great and are wonderful at helping you do the yoga postures correctly to avoid injury. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in trying yoga.

I didn't have much experience with yoga outside of my living room, so I was quite nervous to start at a studio. I thought I would have to be better before I started. That wasn't the case. The instructors are attentive and patient, and welcome new Yogi's to teach. They would rather you take your time and learn the proper and safe way to perform the poses instead of rushing. Wonderful experience .
