Been a member now for over a year (not going as often as I should, of course) and I can honestly say that i love this place. Never had any problems with staff or anyone else here. People are polite and all working toward the same goal. Keep it up!

Kind, friendly staff. Very clean, well maintained equipment. Amazing selection... . definitely do not see things like rowing, TRX, and Arcsquare machines in too many gyms.Given slug festival I may, on occasion, put the equipment in the SLC gyms (lunkhead maybe even... on occasion... 😁😲) almost feel bad for the periods of dormancy w PF memb in other cities and states.Excellent gym and a worthwhile membership.

Good gym for beginners if your into free weight might not be for you but over all a great gym!

Great, non judgmental place to work out and feel welcome with no pressure on you whatsoever from any type of sales person or trainer. It feels really great knowing that and it's very positive inside. Loved the staff at this location as well. Also the giant ceiling fans are sweeet!!! My fav section is the 30 minute workout area.

I used PF years ago and ultimately cancelled with them because they didn't have rowing machines. The Murray location has a few rowers! They keep the equipment clean too. Still wish they had power racks instead of Smith machines. Billing is easy, I don't love the annual fee but it's expected at a low cost gym. Staff don't enhance or hinder the experience, I have minimal interaction with them.

I’m a black card member due to traveling for work. Went to this location today for the first time and it is very dirty. Clearly these machines have not been properly cleaned and sanitized in a long time. There should not be hair, dirt, gravel or other who knows what in water holders and all over the machines. Last cleaning was evident in the water stains on machines but clearly Some time ago. Watched to see if people were Cleaning machines after use and witnessed one person wipe down a machine they used. I’m lucky my normal facility takes pride in a clean facility. Maybe I’ll drive further next time

Worked out here for 2 years and overall it’s a great value. Sign up in December and it’s only $100 if you pay year in advance and no signup fees if they run their promotion which they usually do. Very open equipment at lunchtime. My only complaint is it doesn’t seem like they clean their showers super often.

What a great experience. I started off by going to the competition. But they treated me poorly, they didn't divulge all the fees that we're going to happen later on. And when I confronted them on it, they acted like I was crazy. So I told them that I was going to go to Planet Fitness. and the staff got really snotty with me. now when I got to Planet Fitness, they treated me great. I went there with the intention to utilize their facilities with their $10 a month special. I was immediately given a tour buy a brand new employee oh, I was her first tour. I told Becca, the girl's name, but I wanted her to sell me the higher-priced membership. She did so well, and I bought the full membership. They have Hydra massage, they also have really nice chair massages. They have tanning booths and a really cool system that helps you shrink your skin as you lose weight. I found my gym. and I think anybody who reads this should choose Planet Fitness over that vacca Visa I don't know the name of it, nor do I need to. thank you Planet Fitness for meeting my expectations in a Fitness Center.

The gym is clean and everything is maintained pretty well but what is with the lack of free weights or squat rack? The max dumbbell weight is 80-90lbs or you can use the smith machine which limits your body’s movement to the way the machine is designed. This gym would be great if they had a squat rack but without one, chest and leg days are very uncomfortable.

two things happened I didn't like: 1) an employee was rude to me over the phone and 2) it takes them forever to fix a machine that is down. I am talking specifically of the stair machines. From the moment I signed up until I cancelled my membership (3 months total) those stair machines were not fixed. I expect the machines to be working and when not, fixed immediately. Perhaps paying only $10 a month is why they don't get on them immediately. I canceled and moved over to a gym that had higher premium pricing but made sure to at least have all the machines working
