The staff is always very welcoming and give me candy all the time. (Kind of a coincidence considering it's a gym??) One thing that really pulls my gears is the fact they have safety lines on the weights which means no cleaning for me... I HATE THIS. all in all it's pretty great and has lots of room for whatever you want. Great place to workout

Awesome staff. Great gym!Been going to this gym for a couple of years.Have seen the management change a few times.The current manager is top notch.Place is cleaner than ever, all the machines are well maintained and the staff although it changes from time to time are always pleasant and helpful.There is a new PF opening closer to my home, will probably be stocked with the latest and greatest - all good but going to keep using this gym -It feels like home!Great job everyone!

I have a black card membership and have been coming here for months. I love it! The staff is friendly and there's never as many people here as at Vasa.

They told me I had to have my bank info before they would let me work out, which is weird because other Planet Fitness facilities have allowed me to start working out on a temporary 7 day pass before I had to bring in my bank info. I guess I'll be going to World Gym from now on.

I'm a black card member and I can say that planet fitness in Murray utah is the greatest. Stefan is the trainer there and he is knowledgeable and hands on . The hole experience is really great

Clean place, working equipment but VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.On August 11, 2018 I went to Planet Fitness located at 6022 State St, Murray, UT 84107. I walked in at 7:03 PM with the purpose of cancellation my membership. The girl at the front in the closing shift was by the mirrors near the entrance and she just shouted “ We are closed I can’t help you”. After a minute when she notice that I was not leaving she came to the entrance desk and said again “we are closed I can’t help you” to witch I replied “I just came to sign a cancellation form for my membership” and asked if she could please just give me the form so I could signed it right then and leave or she could give me the form and I can bring it back another day. Then again she replied “ No, we are close and I can’t help you”. Then I told her “I understand you are closed but this is not going to take to much of your time” and ask her to please give me the form. We went back and forth until and heavy set guy that was by tanning machines began walking and screaming at me saying “hey dude you heard what she said, she can’t help you and if you do not leave I will physically remove you” I did replied to him “This is not your business, you should mind your business and if you do that I will have to call the police”. Then this guy replied “yes it is my business because she is my friend and that is fine is you call the police it is worth it to me” The planet fitness girl did not said anything about this. Please make note that there was still other customers in the Gym that were leaving. Yes, I understand that I arrived three minutes after closing, but the way I was treated from the beginning when all I needed was a simple matter and that there was still people at the gym, I should of been treated better and your customer service representative should of handle much better.I send this information to Planet Fitness and I never got a reply from any one.

The Manager Lendle is just great ! Best customer service above and beyond ! I hope upper management knows how good he is. Thanks again Lendle you are awesome ! Also by far the cleanest of any Planet fitness Ive been to !!!!!

Not bad. Clean locker room. The tanning beds are always clean. Never a wait for cardio. Only downside is not a huge selection of free weights.

Great machines, but out of all the planet fitness i visited i never had to sign in if im a black card except this location. And i think when we asked her if we had to sign in at all the location we're visiting she lied bc i can guarantee they dont ask but this location. The least she could've sd this location does. But hey, what do i know im not an employer at PF just a member...

Very nice and clean but they charge $20 dollars for ONE (1) day pass!! Every planet fitness does that tho. I think its ridiculous when i can go in my local gym for $3 dollars per day. (If i don't have a membership)
