Overcrowded and dont get me started with their customer service. The Operations Manager must be sleeping on her job or something.

Good gym, just pray u never have to call their customer service for any problems. Their members service hotline I would give ZERO Stars!

Wonderful outdoor pool on the 3rd floor roof of the Santa Ana Main Place Mall. I use the towel service & steam room, too.

Things are not being repaired. Spin dry machine has been broken for a month, spa heater broken and the place is not being cleaned in the men's area.It is a wonderful facility but being neglected .

I tried to attend the U Jam & Zumba class on Friday, March 30th, and the front desk employees didn't let me in, they were extremely unprofessional and rude, The location in question is the Santa Ana super sport at the main place mall. They said I needed to take a 20 minutes tour around their facility and afterwards fill out a form, I explained to the employee the class was about to start and if there was anyway we can do all that afterwards he said no we have to do it now, The class would be half way finished by that time. What a joke, the employees are so unprofessional and rude here wow. 24 hour fitness posted on Instagram page ("Guests are free at every 24 hour club every Friday all month plus access any level club from active to ultra sport") I tried to show the employee that advertisement but he wouldn't even look at it, I was actually thinking of joining 24 hour fitness and my husband was going to also but no way we would give them any of our business, we'll stay with L.A fitness the employees are much more courteous and professional.

Tip: Don't give them your credit card. If you pay in cash it will save you the many early chargeback and unanounced increases in membership price. I was a member for over a year and felt very powerless every time they took money in and out of my account without permission. The staff said they froze my account for the months I traveled but they continued to drain my debit card.

Great view from hot tub.By far the worst run/stocked/ maintained health club I've ever seen.If you don't need the 24/7 hours as I do, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This is a really nice gym. I kinda like that you have to climb 4 sets of stairs to get to it lol. The only downside is it's packed from 4-11pm every weekday. I suggest you do cardio if you go during that time, those machines are always free. Have yet to run into any issues with exception of people being on their phones while sitting at a machine. So incredibly annoying! You know who you are!

I am hitting low because you NEED to do something about their online presence. This is not the only location with issues, and I will smack them all as I visit and find out.I cannot tell you how annoying it is to be out, decide to go to the gym, pull up the locations on Google Maps, drive there and park under the big sign that says "24 Hour Fitness" walk in, or in this case climb 3 flights of stairs, punch in my phone number, scan my fingerprint, and the screen says "See Attendant" to be told "Sorry this is a 'Super Sport' location."How about you actually list your locations on Google? Or it would still annoy me as I pull up, but on the outside of the building, rather than the embarrassment of being denied. Seriously, how hard would it be to have the Google listing appear as "24 Hour Fitness - Super Sport" or "24 Hour Fitness - Sport" or "Active" or "Ultra Sport"? So people know when planning to visit, you do this just fine on Yelp.I do not want or need your App on my phone. I would never think to use the app to find a location anyways, I am using Google to Navigate my day. Google knows everything... except the membership levels of your locations.

The most scammy backwards gym I've ever dealt with. Here is a little story of my experience with 24hr fitness after only a month of being with them...Early Jan. 2018 I started a "trial" membership for me and my roomate. This required a $40 deposit for both accounts ($80 which would be refunded or credited toward the membership at the end of the trial). Within 3 days of the "week" trial my roomate doesn't want the membership so I cancel it. They assure me that the deposit will be refunded in a few days (their words). A week and a half goes by and I haven't been refunded so I go in person and ask the staff again. This time they tell me I was told wrong and it actually takes 20 business days to get a refund. Sucks, but I wait. One month and some change later.... NO REFUND. Actually even better they DIDN'T cancel my roommates account and I was charged for his membership. Roughly $85 in the hole with these jokesters. So I go in person again and talk to management. They assure me the membership is cancelled this time and my money will be refunded. A couple days pass and I'm nervous because of the previous experience with "refunds." So I call corporate to double-check that the membership cancellation for my roomate is pending. The rep on the phone assures me it has been requested.A week passes and to my surprise I get a refund! Finally, after a month and almost a half of waiting I get my money back. BUT WAIT, it doesn't stop there. A mere two days after I get my refund I get ANOTHER CHARGE from 24 hour fitness on my credit card. The exact amount they charged for my roomates "cancelled" membership"Here is the real kicker. Not only did they already charge me (and refund me) for this cancelled membership, but they charged me a SECOND TIME, middle of the month (Feb 17, not even within the billing cycle) AND. AND STAY WITH ME HERE BECAUSE IT'S SOOOO GOOD....They charge me on a Saturday, conveniently when NO management is in and customer service is only open M-F.In shorter words. They snuck an already disputed and refunded charge back onto my card, on a day when I cannot call or go in person to dispute the fraudulent charge AND it's in the middle of the month when they are suppose to charge you at the beginning.Seriously how do you guys sleep at night?Incorrect charges in my first month = $117
