24 Hour Fitness

I like it. Usually though it’s really busy and hard to get in to use machines. The staff is awesome. It’s very clean inside, I just don’t like that many times in the bathroom there’s no paper to sit and no toilet paper. They need to regularly check to keep that all full constantly. Imagine how embarrassing lol. Anyway overall good. I go to this one half the time and other locations nearby the other half. Keep it fresh!

This is one of my favorite Super Sports, I wish I lived closer to it.The locker room is great with wide lockers and wide benches. I HATE the Super Sports with narrow lockers and narrow benches. The showers are great as well. They are very clean and well maintained, again unlike some other Super Sports where the shower areas need refreshing.I never have trouble getting on machines no matter when I show up. It also has one of my favorite pools of any Super Sport a) it is outside and b) the rooftop setting is spectacular. Only the Laguna Niguel pool gets higher marks because it has more lanes.

From what I can tell, there is absolutely no reason to give this gym a low rating - Orange County peeps are famously difficult to please. Very clean and spacious with great equipment. Even without that tho, there's the rooftop basketball courts (I hope whoever thought of that got promoted for that idea alone) which must be spellbinding at night, and a open air pool with another gorgeous view. This review could have simply been "Views, bruh." The locker rooms are clean and with a great, simple layout (So many 24 Hours insist on separating the toilets and the hand washing sinks, WHY??). This is my new favorite Super Sport location, and whenever I find myself in the area I will make it a point to come here.

Just love this place, friendly service, excellent kids club, excellent equipment, however I would really appreciate if they keep an eye more often in the restrooms.

The manager Ryan was a jerk. A guy was yelling racial slurs at a women and when the women told the manager, Ryan, that she felt threatened he told her that she can leave the establishment and cancel her membership. He allowed a white man to be racist to the women and kicked her out instead of kicking the man out. Never going there again if they allow that kind of behavior there.

Managers are just awesome here are this clubStaff are really friendly.Machines are clean and new.Restrooms are clean.Overall the vibe here is good to build muscle and lose weight.

Awesome view from the pool area, if I join, this wouldbe why!! But.....Could the cleaning lady leave me alone?? Really, mopping under the door of the stall I'm going pee in???And handicap shower stall is broken & hard to use! C'mon u guys!

I signed up this gym on December 2016. The manager named Ryan sold me a group training, but he didn't tell me he actually signed up the payment by auto pay, which my husband and myself just sat in front of him, but he didn't ask for the permission at all and just signed the payment for auto pay. Now every month I had to give them call to cancel that, but still 2 months later the auto pay function is still not cancelled. Today I called up Ryan and wanted make sure he canceled the auto pay yesterday as he promised, but he didn't pick up my call and he wanted me to talk to his boss Kenney, which he said the auto pay will be cancelled within 3 business days. But the gym charge the payment on 27th everything month, so it meant that I will be charged again if the auto pay is not cancelled before 27th. I am so frustrated and they are just very dishonest people working as a executive level. The gym over all is not that great, and I really don't want to go there any more. I don't like those two managers Ryan and Kenny, they are tricky and dishonest, just keeping the balls to each other and play the games with their customers. Don't recommend that location.

They are " Super Alright". They charge a high monthly gym payment and yet they can't maintain clean restrooms. Super 24 hour is Super Filthy! Also it won't Kill for their Staff to Smile! They should try it sometime it might make customers feel more welcomed!!😊😆 …
