I open an account a year before covid. They closed down due to covid. THEY WENT BEHIND MY BACK CHARGING NOW THEY TELL ME THEY CANT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT OR REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY. WHEN I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYTHING.

Planet Fitness did not properly communicate when they were closing / opening during the pandemic and still charged me. Called to cancel and they said I would have to send a certified letter or come inside. No respect for COVID.

I'm torn. I would give it a 3.5. I liked that there was limit capacity, but there could have been way more disinfection stations. By the trendmills I had to look around for one, it wasn't obvious. I tried to be economical with my time so people in line could come in, but it was a little hard to orientate myself. Also a few of the treadmills that were open for use weren't working or we're wobbly. Please check into.

I usually visit the tustin location but decided to try this location since the crowd meter seemed lower and I didn't want the hassle of going to the district with all the people.Big mistake. The crowd meter was a lie. Almost every single machine had a person on it. The outdoors area seemed a bit run down but I guess that's the area. Overall just way too crowded and felt very cramped. I'll be returning to the tustin location from now on.
