Lifetime Schaumburg has been a disappointment for a long time with their basketball courts! They would always use it for Dance, kids camp it has been such an inconvenience! Now I'm hearing that they are getting rid of basketball for good now! I've been a member for 20 years and im not going to pay for just working out! I'm very disappointed in lifetime fitness and im going to take my money somewhere else!

One of the best fitness centers in the Chicago land area. My coach Julian took my experience to the next level with his great knowledge and experience, perfect attitude, flexibility, and care. He’s an amazing coach. 5 stars!!!

Lifetime has been my community and tribe for the past 5+ years. I started coming after the birth of my 2nd daughter hoping to lose some baby weight. Through this journey, I gained some muscles but more importantly I discovered my inner strength and made a lot of great friends along the way. I am so grateful to all the staff, coaches and excellent program. Thank you Lifetime Schaumburg!

Was terrible experience with lifetime Schaumburg swim lessons for my kids!I already paid for lessons that i am not visit , and not registered my kids on them. It was big mistake manager for swim lessons. She was mistaken and make payments almost 200$!! Which I didn’t must pay! And when i come to her to fix this problem and get my money back she didn’t do nothing. No apology no way to fix my problem! And no one helped me. This manager was agree that is her mistake but no money back. Big mess in lifetime Schaumburg! no one knows the rules and all the staff say different things! I will not go to swim lessons with kids there and totally not recommend you go there.

I had the worst experience here at schaumburg lifetime. Nobody seem to follow or understand the their own rules here. They don’t even willing to solve or answer your questions here. It happened to my friend, and to me too (couple times). They all have their own rules i guess. Front desk employee’s customer service 0, unprofessional and rude. (David) he was just standing there putting his hands in his pocket, chewing gum and did not event apologize. So disappointed!!! If you decide to come here just ask tons of questions about their rules before enrolling!!! Ps: i brought friend’s kid as a guest and was not allowed to get in. That poor little girl ended up crying, I brought a kid as a guest couple times before after signing the agreement. Nobody told me nothing about the rules just checked us in. But all of the sudden they have “new rule” and i ended up missing my class and my kids ended up crying there.I can totally understand about safety and everything, the thing is those rules are not clear, confusing. or your employees have no knowledge of the them at all. All i wanted was some comfort for the kids and apology from your front desk staff. But they were rather rude, unprofessional. All they said to us was “It is not my fault”.

I've been a lifetime member for about 10 years. Recently, especially after the corona period, the old lifetime has completely disappeared. The usage hours are ridiculous, we became a member of this gym because it is open 24 hours a day. I was not allowed to take a shower after using the steam room yesterday evening and last week. Not only me, but 8 to 9 individuals other than me were not allowed to use the shower. When you want to take a shower at exactly 11:45 pm, a lifetime attendant standing over the shower does not allow you to take a shower even for 1 minute, even though you are sweaty and soaking wet. It's 11:45 pm on Tuesday evening and you used the steam room soaked in sweat and you're kept in a disgraceful state. Something similar happened last week. Gym closing time is 12. Last night, a few old people who experienced this situation said that they would cancel their membership. I'm thinking of canceling my membership too. And a few times in the last 1-2 months, I have seen that there is no body shampoo in the shower. I am very surprised how they constantly increase the membership price and reduce the service quality.

The WORST experience ever with Aquatic department and General manager Stacy Brown! If you want your children to be at a good swim team, avoid Life Time Schaumburg: there are new coaches every couple of months, substitute and new coaches need time to get to know the children and by the time they do, they are gone, because of bad management. As almost all the parents have complained, wrote emails and even reached out to the Area manager Sebastian Cender and were promised to be heard and considered, nothing changed and even got worse.Stay away from that swim team, it will only bring frustration!

TERRIBLE! WAY too many people there, SOOOO crowded, and SOOOOOOOOO many people NOT wearing masks, even though there's a sign on the door saying they're required. When I asked about it at the front desk, the guy said the masks AREN'T required and they don't enforce it. I know for SURE that Illinois mandates masks at health clubs because I belong to another gym and masks are required there. SOOOOO, don't go there!
