The gym is beautiful. However the quality of the machines are ugly. The yoga schedule has also been pretty ugly. There used to be wayyyy more classes. When I signed up there were anywhere from 6-9 yoga classes per weekday. Today (Monday) there were 3. Usually Mondays are one of the busiest days for a gym. However I'm glad there's no longer gross red stains on the shower curtains. The locker room has gotten cleaner from what I've seen, but then again I'm not able to make it in for yoga as often so maybe I'm not the best source on that subject.

They make it very difficult to cancel, after coming into the location in-person, they processed two months of payments (even though I hadn't attended the gym for 3 years), apparently didn't cancel the membership. Continued to charge me and asked that I come back in again. I found the paperwork that they provided me with the cancellation and emailed them. Continued to get late payment emails after doing that. This issue is still not resolved.Update - after following up 2 more times, they apparently accepted that its resolved. The emails demanding additional payment have stopped. To the "Response from the owner", I don't believe that the reason why you require members to come in or send certified mail is to "accurately complete the change" especially given the fact that when I did come in you didn't get the change accurately done, and than later you claimed that you lost the paperwork and that I needed to come in again! I can cancel a credit card easier than cancelling a life time membership. You received 3 years of payments with your records showing that I didn't attend once in those three years. Only when I changed credit cards and decided to not renew, did I than call and cancel. Finally, when I came in 2 months later to cancel, you charged me those additional 2 months and than continued to tell me that my membership wasn't cancelled.Your response rings of falsehood and you of just greediness.

Overall great gym, loved the swimming pool. Price is little too high, don’t like negotiation process about membership pricing (feels like you’re at the “old school” car dealership). Not flexible with customer needs and schedule, charging fees even when you’re not using gym and outside the country for 3 month, after cancellation you still need to pay for whole month (30 days notice required) even if you’re not using it and they don’t want to work with you and move those days that you can actually get any value of your money. You guys need to be more flexible and listen to your consumers if you want to charge top price.Would recommend only for somebody who will use it on regular bases (3-5 times per week)

Just signed up. But so far my boyfriend and I love the facilities and amenities. Our 5 year old can't wait to go back to the "play place" so it forces us to go and we know he'll be in great hands. Very truthful signing up process, thanks …

I have never had anything but positive experiences at this location. I have been a member almost since it opened. The staff has always been friendly. The only issues I have ever had is with thoughtless members who believe their mother …

This is my family's first time being members at a LT facility. This place has it all! We're there for the climbing wall specifically but have recently used the indoor pool and will begin utilizing the swim lessons as well. The monthly fees aren't cheap but with the care center included for child care it makes sense - no need for a sitter just to go to the gym. Not to mention the care center staff rocks! Hannah Durak is a great member advisor, very dedicated to making her members happy and comfortable when first joining. Staff in other areas are also very friendly and helpful. Facilities are all clean and well maintained. On the rock wall - this is one of the best indoor walls my husband and I have used in the four different states/gyms we've used. The texture and build are so realistic, truly allowing for great practice for outdoor climbing. The staff and regulars at the wall are also very warm & helpful to other climbers, whether first timers or more experienced. Definitely recommend!

Update 2/15/16. My 13-year-old just did his first basketball clinic with John Shodipo and it was fantastic. Not only were the skills he focused on valuable for my son's next season, but he took extra time above and beyond to make sure the kids got the most out of the clinic. If you have a ball player...I highly recommend John and his training. My kids and I love Lifetime! So family-friendly and the staff couldn't be nicer. Great pools and family locker room. The kids club is insane...I want to play there! Even when the basketball court is full of mostly adults, everyone is very respectful of my 13-year-old practicing. Great club!

Rude and unwelcoming staffA friend of mine gave my phone number for referral and they kept calling me everyday and asking me to come. I stopped by Nov and I had someone named Patrick took care of me and gave me free pass and no guide tour nothing at all. I became a member and also no guide tour. I had no idea they had a family room behind the front desk and neither the code was given. Today on Dec 29 almost a month after my enrollment I came with my 5 year old son and were in women's locker room after swimming . A rude customer came to me and barked at me like a dog instead of explaining .. Then staff girl immediately came and saying manager wants to see me in front of the people and need to leave this room now. I was like can I dry myself at least she said no customer which is the big fat rude woman complained so you have to get out. I was so embarrassed with whole situation and the girl was so pushy and because of 5 year old boy w/swim suits on made everyone there uncomfortable . They switched me to family room which I never seen and the enter code and I was asking myself was there any other way to handle it rather than being bitchy and like a prisoner who were kicked out of women's room in wet clothes. I went to see manager and also the guy who signed me up and asked for a refund for treated me for nothing even pay $79 a month. While she were waiting for me to pack my staff I lost my membership card at the end ... Sad and angry ....The staff girl shouldn't have told in front of the women rather than waiting for me to finish dressed. I am angry at the people who signed me up and i didn't even deserve a guide tour after paying $167 sth in Nov and again $79 Dec which I never showed up except today...I left in tears and plus lost my ID and membership card somewhere there. Wish they told me in a nice way after done dressing and explain things...

The amenities are great. Rock climbing wall, pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and steam room are awesome. I've only taken two group classes, both yoga with different instructors. The first class was amazing, the second was frustrating because the …

Let's face it - the gym is very big and pretty but that's about it. The people who work there aren't too nice, turnover is really high so if someone promises you something, most likely they will be gone within a month and then you will be told that they weren't "allowed" to offer you that. The classes they offer are fun but the instructors are pretty bad - they assume you know the steps and teach as if everyone has been there for 5 years. When you want to cancel your membership they have this stupid rule that you have to wait 30 days + whatever time is left until the next billing cycle. So if I cancel on Feb 7 I will still be charged for all of Feb and all of March. Rude!
