Lifetime fitness, monthly membership prices are (from $99 for basic plan up to $249 a month for I'm not sure what) for new members. What they can possibly offer me for 10 times more the amount of the membership of all other gyms... People also complain about $10 price hikes every 3 months without notice! Sounds like a lifetime of BS to me... Not a good marketing strategy to convince me to switch 🤔... I think that I will just stick with XSport 😉

Think twice if you want to take swimming classes here. If you miss classes or need help with scheduling it is the worst. The Aquatics coordinator (Nicole) doesn't respond to emails, neither voice messages. She has very poor communication skills. So sad for LT

Nicolle Russell is the meanest person I have even meet. She is the “owner” of the pool, and has too many rules. When I was there myself and other people had around 5 times warnings from her for such a little things like be with your kid 10 feet close, well imagine chasing your 6 and 10 y.o. kids in the pool for 2 hours. What a horrible experience. Canceling my membership because of her.

I have to say that out of all the life times i’ve been too this is definitely the worst, ive been there twice the first time it was a rude older lady with glasses giving me a hard time even though I am a member then the second time was this small black guy with dreads being very rude because im pretty sure he thought it was ok since he saw the lady doing prior to that. I drive very far to have a good gym experience for poor manners to ruin it in total all 3 employees i interacted with were very rude with the short black guy being the rudest of all you guys need nicer staff out of every life timw hands down rudest staff I call and say on the website it says nothing about not having guest after 9 he acts very rude again and i guess now i cant return to lifetime in shamburg because I said something offensive? Really how unprofessional could the staff there. Keep in mind they are saying I said something offensive after being pushed around by this little guy named darrell i guess hes the manager not physically but was rude to me twice with the second just being to much. Do you guys ever have someone random go there to see how this darrell guy really treats your customers

Not worth it. I ended up cancelling my membership back in October because of COVID. They reminded me that I'd have to pay the reactivation fees and I was prepared for that but they're now also trying to charge 40% more per month even though things like the rock wall aren't available for open climb on week nights. I can't justify a 40% price increase from what I was paying for just a few months ago while also getting less service.

We love this gym. Very family friendly with lots of kids activities and amenities. Large selection of equipment, great classes, a large pool area with suana, steam rooms, hot tub, etc. Only complaint is the extras like food, drinks, personal training, some of the spa services can be very pricy.

This place is a den of evil. Beautiful gym and atmosphere. However, Most ppl that come here are off phychedlics and are DEMONICALLY possessed and are trapped for a LIFETIME ( hotel california stuff) And they engage in BLACK MAGICK. NEVER thought I would observe and experience type of evil. I always thought it was just on tv shows and stuff. Truly pathetic. You've been warned.Turn to JESUS the truth shall set you FREE

Me and my wife were humiliated in front of all the people at the pool by being yelled by pool manager. She was inexcusably rude and not professional. This is not the first time her being so “smart” and “nice” to people and my wife. Hope this message will find managers and they will do smth about this

The gym has every amenity you could need and then some. Open early and late which I appreciate working irregular hours. They have lots of machines so even when they’re at peak busyness there are available things. The only downside is the women's bathroom smells foul constantly

The front desk staff that are working on weekend time is very impolite and awful. I have more than 4 years coming here, my kids are doing swimming classes. I had a guest with me and they didn’t allow her to pass because we used two passes this month. I was explaining them that my mother in low is not using the swimming pool or other services, she is only watching my kids on the swimming pool cause I have gym classes.So disappointed!!!!!
