Extremely poor customer service. Signed up for 12 month contract. Never been then over there after all. They just convinced me to add myself to my wife's membership. She've been there maybe 10-15 times. Nobody called and reminded about expiring points. Nobody called to check why I never been there. They only care about money. You will die but they will still try to charge your card. Don't be fooled, never sign up for a long term contract with them.

Signed up for 7 day free guest.When I went in at 10:30pm as a guest to work out and was told guest hours were over. I was not informed of this when I went in for an interview to discuss membership prices. I wish they had told me that 9pm was the last guest access.I recieved a text from Austin apologizeing for the inconvenience and received a new guest pass. This was very unexpected and satisfying. I changed my rating because this is a nice club& Austin was very gracious and accessible.Thanks Austin. You are a great asset to lifetime fitness.

I love this Lifetime location. We transferred to this one when we moved to the area and I have had a great experience so far. The staff is very friendly, everything here is very clean and I never have a problem finding a machine to use.The Life Cafe is wonderful, the staff there in particular were so fun and really really nice and helpful. They have great vegan options which makes it so easy to grab a quick bite when I'm on the go.

I have read many positive and negative reviews. I am here visiting from out of town and asked for a 4 day guest pass and wow this gym is amazing. Clean. Very busy at rush hour but wow. I have never been to a gym this nice. If I lived here this would become my second home. Great equipment, facility, extremely helpful kind staff.

The gym itself is nice. However I do not recommend signing up for personal training here. They may end up stealing your money like what happened with me. My personal trainer quit a few sessions in and they never set me up with another. Lifetime still proceeded to take money from my account and ignored me when I tried on multiple occasions to get a refund. I even asked to get a new trainer and they said someone would reach out to me which never happened. If I can get my money for the training I never received then I will gladly change my review.Edit: Finally I got my 150 back so I increased my review to 3 stars.Edit Again: So after canceling personal training and getting my money back they still continued to pull money out of my account for PT. Review is going back to 1 star. Had enough of this place. Such a joke.

I'm living out of Illinois, but sometimes I visit here to take a class. Evelyn's Dance Jam & Jarvis' Street Vybe is my favorite. I love Life Cafe,too!

Been here for about half a year now after being with xsport for five years. Staff is friendly. Place is maintained well. Good amount of equipment. I like that they added more squat racks. I like that they have accessories to add to your workouts that you don’t have to bring your own. Never really wait on equipment. I would definitely like to see this place add more bands that can be added to your compound lifts. Also please bring in the reverse hyper. Concept 2 rowing machines are also a staple here.

I was on monthly holiday in Schaumburg and I went to life time using guest pass which I got from my friend. After my first training DR offered me 1 month contract and he said I would pay $86 once and they will never charge me again. 2 weeks later I was charged for $72. DR said it was a mistake and I will get refund soon. He lied. We chatted by emails and he was always saying that they were still processing my money. Eventually he stopped responding to my emails. I still haven't got the refund.The gym itself is alright, nothing special but not bad either. But I can't recommend it and I will never sign up again because I don't trust them as a company.
