Decent gym. Signed up last month because they had a location close to my work and house. I have a premium membership meaning I can use any location and bring a guest any time to any location, guess what happened. Brought my friend to Harlem location, they said guests are not allowed here, brought a friend to Skokie location, they said no guests after 9 and they can't even use pool.Very disappointed, rude personnel, they treat you bad and do anything to sigh you up.P.S. dirty and crowded as well

If you want to get taken advantage of, lied to, and your money stolen, this gym is perfect for you!The revolving door of managers will tell you what you want to hear to get you to spend your money, but rarely deliver on their promises.As a former employee, I saw their shakiness first hand.

I'm giving 5 stars for my experience with Sabrina at the Schaumburg location. She has been so inviting throughout my week experience at the gym so far. I called her about some confusion I had about my account, and she was friendly and quick to help find a solution!UPDATE: Sabrina and Melissa at theSchaumburg location were friendly and personable. I really enjoyed getting to know them. However, I have never left a review less than 5 stars but I have never experienced worse customer service. I am changing my review to 2 stars for the terrible experience with customer service I received over the phone and email. Antoinette Zuccarini and Rachel in customer service were rude and unprofessional. I mailed a letter to request a refund through the 30-day money back guarantee and cancel my membership... it took me a total of 3 weeks to get everything finalized no thanks to the customer service representatives. Anytime I reached out to Antoinette to get an update on my membership or had any questions, my questions were never addressed and I was never given a thoughtful explanation as to the status of my membership. Sometimes I never even received a response and had to follow up. I called the corporate number and waited over 30 minutes before I was able to get on the line with Rachel. She was rude and not helpful at all when I explained that I had already submitted my request by mail to cancel my membership and needed to have it canceled so that I would not be charged for the following month. Needless to say, they do not make it easy to cancel a membership when calling corporate or working through email. I finally reached out to Sabrina and Melissa (which I should have done in the first place) and they effortlessly helped me cancel myMembership...

The Schaumburg location used to be good. Overall they have a good selection of equipment (that is only if it’s working). That being said most of their equipment is broken and run down. It is always very dirty and not well maintained at all. I have been going here for years and nothing has improved. I am honestly shocked that they are still in business. Now that they aren’t 24/7 anymore which was their only saving grace, I am highly considering moving to a cleaner and properly maintained gym.

Love this place! Women's bathroom could be cleaned better, but other than that staff is great and they have a wide variety of machines and plenty of room. They're cleaning the machines, distancing, enforcing masks, and doing a great job with the new ways with COVID.

This is a great location! Great machines and great opportunities to hit your goals!Unfortunately, management is a bit fishy. Great to talk to but when they promise, they don't come through. Great sales pitch but over look your interest. Management, please follow through with commitment, promises, and respect your clients!Two stars for poor customer engagement.

They make you send a certified letter in order to cancel your gym membership which is completely unnecessary and just a barrier to make it difficult to cancel. You cannot cancel in person or over the phone. If I had known it would be so annoying I never would have signed up. The bathrooms and locker rooms are pretty much always dirty and gross. I like the gym overall because I don’t use the locker rooms to change, but the fact that I need to print out a certified letter in order to cancel makes them deserve 1 Star.

This location is ALWAYS packed, it doesn't matter what time you go to work out. For the most part, people keep it moving with the machines but it is VERY hard to get a spot with any weights.. I imagine this gym would be hard for someone that may be timid of going to the gym or just starting out. The workers can be a bit pushy but overall are nice. Locker rooms are always clean, which I appreciate.

WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!! I cancelled my membership back in March it is now September! And they’ve charged me $39.83 and I haven’t gone there for months. Calling cooperate is such a scam and a hassle because after 20 mins they automatically hang up on you. Took me 9 try’s to get through to someone finally. After that they told me I didn’t have any cancellation applications on file which means the person who was supposed to be submitting them was lazy and didn’t do their and screwed me over. I had a friend who also got charged and she cancelled on that day in person with me! I eventually called the store explaining something went wrong with it and the guy named Dimitri was so rude and basically didn’t care about the problems I was telling him. While diverting the actual problem at hand. Literally was silent the whole time and when I was done he said “yea have a good day” no apology no nothing! I had also addressed favorites since I know a lot of people don’t have the pay the regular rate everyone else has to and he said that was impossible when I’ve seen it for my own eyes. Never coming back here EVER again. They scam people out of their money and pride themselves off it.

Very focused on money, and not enough on actual quality of service. Locker rooms are more frequently dirty than they are clean. There is a lack of proper equipment on the floor, specifically clips for barbells and resistance bands. Not worth the cost of membership.
