Place is clean and the people are friendly. Never came across equipment that didn’t work or available. The crowd meter is also a great help. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is the fact that their customer education is lacking. While they do offer a “beginner class” that is optional to sign up for you would never know about it as it’s not advertised. Employees should take the time to tour patrons of the entire facility and educate guests on how to properly use the equipment. Other than that, great value and comfortable place to be!
