Went in to cancel my membership, Leah was so rude and dismissive with every question I had. I did speak to the manager who was no help but was still polite (although I was super upset by Leah's attitude toward me).I do like planet fitness for what it offers but having rude, nasty faced workers is not welcoming to anybody.

Monthly rate is reasonable black card membership. There are alot of machines available for use. I always check app to see how packed club is before going. Hydro lounge spa chairs are great after work out but several are often broken. I like to use total body enhancement booth in spa but it was broken for several weeks before it was fixed.

Absolutely love this location. The staff is encouraging and helpful without being annoying. There are lots of options for your workout as well. They have QR codes on each machine. This is so useful because you can use your phone to see how to use it without having to ask someone (some people hate asking 🙋🏽♀️). …

None of the women’s showers would get hot, let alone warm. Just freezing cold. Which is technically good for you, however, not really what I want. I’m trying to have a more soothing and relaxing experience after getting my cardio in and working up a hefty sweat, so it was unpleasant and pretty painful more than anything.I wanted to be able to go to this location all the time after work for that purpose of being able to drive straight from work, workout, and shower because I live an hour from Scranton and I get home pretty late from work as it is.Other than that, it’s a great place to go get my exercise in for the day. But until the shower temperature issue is resolved, I’ll be going to a different location.
