I love this gym, the staff are really helpful, their amenities are definitely on point, and it's just a very comfortable & nice gym in atmosphere.

I am the 24th member to ever sign up at the Simi location it's like a second home for me . Never had one problem here in 10 years , always a great place to train . The people on here who complain about there contracts are not thinking right . If you sign a contract people your suppose to honor your contract duh . Those are the only ones complaining here .

I wish there was the option to do half of a star because that is how horrible their customer service is. Yes Gold's Gym is very nice and amazing on the inside, it would be great for gym junkies but most of us really aren't gym junkies.... My sister moved away so she canceled her membership here in June.. they started charging her again, $100 dollars and she wondered why so she went to ask & they said because she is still a member... she was confused because she ended her membership in June and now it's mid july.... speed up til now and they are still charging her 100 dollars!!! In total of $200 after she left.. these people just want to take away your money please do not go here... they only care about stealing from you....

If you like swimming in harsh chemicals and soapy murky waters as the pool cleaner is scrubbing the walls and all the dirt is pouring into the water and when you tell him to would you stop that and he yells and gets angry at you, then visit this facility.If you like roaches walking on you while you are in the sauna then please visit this facility.If you like a horrible customer support and none feedback from the management about your concerns then this is the place.Worst customer care and worst experience in a gymtoo bad there are not much choices otherwise would cancel.

Absolutely love this place! The staff always greets me when I walk in and the place is always kept crisp clean. The locker rooms are gorgeous and I love how each locker room has its own steam room and sauna.

Me, my wife and my two sons have been members for over a year. Me and my son have a personal trainer that we use. We usually have 6 sessions a week. Today we were in the middle of a session and they fired him. Right in the middle of the session! IHe was an awesome trainer! He won personal trainer of the month. Him being fired was completely politcally motivated. I can't believe they couldn't wait 25 minutes until the session was over. So rude and right in front of my two sons. It's like this place is being run by 10 year old kids.The proper way to handle this would have been to allow him to finish the session he has with his clients, or to let him give his clients notice.I have been overcharged $10 a month for 4 months now. I will not be buying anymore sessions from this place and am considering moving my membership. If I can get them to stop charging me.

NEVER BE A MEMBER!! I went to their office to cancel the membership, but they refused to do so for a reason their manager was out. Next time I went there, the manager forced me to sign a paper that I pay for extra month. As they charged for 2 months, I called them and one of the staff promised me to refund for a month. They NEVER refunded money, but kept charging forever until I changed the credit card number. EVIL-MINDED!!

So much disappointed with their shady signup process for 12 month contracts. New people who are signing up please be aware that their cancellation process is brutal. Simi Valley, CA location have some bad sales people who can go any extent for signing you up.This gym location make you sign some documents during signup process, make sure you read each and every word in those documents. Never ever trust what they say and promise, always ask any thing they promise in writing.Please keep away from dishonest sales people.

signed up to get a trainer, the first week it was good I even felt better and saw results... days later he started giving me excuses he had things going on and the day I decided to switch to another trainer I showed up and he was there... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HIS PART I must say... makes the gym look bad..
