Olga was very helpful in giving me information when asked about something at yhe gym. Great customer service.Ramon the general manager steps into help out.. very kind and helpful.Jennifer showed me how to use deadmill..she just started shift and gabe me three exercises to do on it. Shexwent above and beyond.Nikki at front said have a good day. Thats all it takes for a great experience. Thank you.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Employees were incredibly rude and made my drive from Moorpark (during rush hour no less) an absolute waste of time.

Please I mean please constantly clean your pools. After the last review about the pool it was clean for about a week. Seriously it’s a health hazard and seeing bugs in pools is an instant swimming turn off. I enjoy night swimming at absurd hours but I might start going to 24 hrs if the Pools are consistently dirty like thisupdate: 4 years later and the pool is still dirty.

Great place to workout, environment is awesome. Just wish they were a bit bigger and had a few of each equipment. Either go really early or really late to be able to use each machine.

This gym is managed by children who have not been trained properly nor with any consistency. When I pointed this out their response was that how I spoke to the staff was unacceptable.  I was stern but respectful yet these poorly trained children were offended by logic and reason.  The manager was without skills or human empathy and told me that he didn't have time to talk to me or help me solve the issue. Yet Ramon made time to call me and issue me an official warning.    I have no problem with adhering to consistent policy but I do have a problem of being warned because these children failed customer service 101. I was asking logical questions not badgering anyone.  I asked for help and got  laughed at treated like the 'angry black woman ' anyway .   Micro aggression....So now we have all been warned...........,...Thank you for your response and customer validation. I certainly appreciate it. Thank you. I will continue to enjoy your facility 😊 as you have made my day.

Great place for a real workout better price than competitors. Hope they can keep it clean.

This is Gym is great good machine to workout, sauna ,pool boot camps end many clases .They don't count with child care .Costumer service is okay

They Have nothing on Golds gym Oxnard it's sad to see how people are getting lazier and lazier they use to Open at 4 for people that GRIND like me I work at 6 so 5am isn't a good time to start my workout why can't you and thousand oaks operate like Oxnard opens up at 4am like you use to I completely wasted my time going to your location didn't get my work out honestly never coming back im sticking to Oxnard Golds Gym
