My membershp card hadn't been working for a while now and I would frequently need help from front desk to get in. Today I asked the Maneger Whitney who has dark hair and round glasses, if she can change my card and she was very rude. She called me a liar and insulted me for a issue that I was not aware about. After I canceled my subscription she rudely dismissed me and refused to write down her name when I asked for it. I don't want to wast my money in a place where Manegers are unprofessional and extremely rude with horrible customer service!!!!!!!

This gym is great from hygiene and overall machines being in good condition, the reason why I didn’t give it 5 star is some guests there aren’t very classy and would stare at you and check you out as if it’s a gym to find mates not workout. I had a guy once ask me if he could join in and workout with me and due to covid safety social distancing I nicely refused and he just gave me a dirty look as if I had to say yes! 😂 definitely not a pleasant vibe when your packing on positivity thru workouts!

I recently lost my Raycon charging case at this location after a workout. I had to go into work so I called immediately and made sure they found them so they could hold onto them for me. They told me they had found it and that they were going to keep it at the front desk and that I could just describe it when I come to get it. A few days later, I went in and asked for it. I described it, and then watched as they tried to search for it at the front desk. They insisted it wasn't there and then when I told them that the employee I had called had found it and was holding it for me at the front desk, they said, "This is why we don't share with you whether we have found it or not." Then they asked for the name of the employee. I didn't know, but I asked them to check again, and they sternly told me it wasn't there. I was very upset with this situation because I was promised it was there, and Raycon charging cases were out of stock for months after this incident.And I really dislike the outdoor set-up. The machines out there seem to break a lot because they aren't meant to be outside.

Would be nice if they repaired their equipment in a timely manner. The padding on the bicep curl looks like a dog ripped it to pieces. It will literally start to cut into the back of your arms as you increase the weight. Seems like an easy repair but apparently it isn't because it will be this way for weeks if not months until it's repaired. Otherwise it's a good gym.

The gym is really clean with great equipment. The environment is clean but don’t get trapped in the paid training. It feels like the Vegas time shares. Please be warned before you sign up for the paid training.

Staff is rude and discriminatory against people with disabilities. Apparently talking to other members and many prior reviews, the owner condones this behavior, by refusing to handle this internally. A couple staff members are bullies and make the gym environment unpleasant and is shameful .This is a stain on the Golds gym franchise . Anyone else with similar experiences should notify the ADA and file a complaint.Apparently your @retention team doesn't appear to be a viable option due to your track record. If you are serious about resolving this issue, a direct link would be more appropriate. Otherwise I will be contacting every agency at my disposal. Thank you for your attention in this matter. 🤔

Another Incredible Workout at Gold's Gym, its my First Week back since COVID & I couldn't be Happier! The Facility is Clean & has Everything you Need! I was so Impressed with Jonathan's Customer Service, I wasn't even Technically a Member yet & he still went Above & Beyond to ensure I had an Amazing Experience. When I officially became a Member I had so much fun Signing up w/ Jordan that I lost track of time he definitely made me feel like I was making the Right Choice, he thoroughly Answered all my Questions & even gave me some Helpful Tips which I Appreciated! Definitely looking forward to my Next Workout :)

I was charged $49.00 even though I had called to ensure I canceled my subscription and it said once I had paid the missing bills they’d cancel and I paid it out two weeks ago and am still getting charged, now I have to say I’m very frustrated and annoyed that Golds is money hungry and disrespectful

Walked in to check out the gym and see about a membership only to be told “we close in 3 mins so there’s no time”. Ask about membership prices and she doesn’t know that information. Thanks for the warm welcome...

Don't live in the area anymore and I haven't even stepped foot in the gym since I got the membership and they don't wanna work with me. Im not going to pay for a fee when they let me know if I moved jobs or residence that I should be fine but this was false. DON'T SIGN UP NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. TERRIBLE CONTRACT.
