Never order the paid training. My was shifted 4 times and they didn't provide it. I canceled the participation and they have never refund me!Avoid!

Has almost everything a typical high-end gold's gym has just wish it had hydromassage. Oxnard just a bit to far to go to try it.

Very impressed! Clean environment and staff is very helpful and friendly. The manager wasn’t pushy but he did convince us to join :) just his humble attitude convinced us. Wonderful place!

This is the worst scam! I haven't used the gym in a year since covid and now that I no longer want to give them money for not using the gym they are charging me the monthly fee 29.00 plus and an extra 49.00 for a yearly fee for a service I will not even be using.......EVER AGAIN!!!!! I guess ripping off their customers is how they will make up from their covid loses.

I have been with Gold's for over 4-6 years . Always paid up front for two years.2019 I broke my ankle and my sister handed in a doctors note to freeze my membersh lost the note. I have not used the gym for a year and half .I kept calling them but nobody responded.

I called this gym and have a stutter. The employee was rude, interrupted me many times and hung up as I was getting the words “thank you for your help”. I don’t appreciate getting calls everyday asking me to get a membership when I felt discouraged just from talking to an employee on the phone

Gym is clean, ladies bathrooms and showers. This gym has a good variety of workout machines. I love that they have indoor and outdoor equipment!!. I have a favorite machine in the outdoor area by the pool.

I have been a member since opening. I people that say they are managers are rude and disrespectful.Charging forntime when COVID was in full shutdown and trying to get monies for 5 months payment. Totally unhappy.Got charged for 2 months when the pandemic was happening and they were closed.Was told that I had credit for 2 months when I come back or when they reopen.I froze my account.After they opened, I inquired about the credit and the Manager did not know what I was talking about.I wrote this down on my notes and I told them too on the phone.Fast forward to now, I asked to freeze my account since Oct and I was charged for Novembe 2020, December 2020 and January 2021 when it's supposed to be frozen and I emailed the manager / operations.This is robbery.You owe me 2 months and charged me 3 more months when it's supposed to be frozen?This isn't the right way to run a business. And I am not the only one this happened to.Totally unhappy.Update MARCH 31st 2021Contacted Retention Team, I was told they'd refund me my month this month, since "I couldn't freeze it." and it's been WEEKS and I have not received a refund. What's going on here Golds?
