Don’t waist your time. The women’s locker room is dirty, the showers look like they are never clean and often they don’t open on time. Only a few of the personal trainers there are friendly and actually know what there doing.

For cancelling membership they charge you for the following 45 days, and an additional $10 fee. When I asked about the cancellation at the time I joined the club, I was told there would be no charges except for a cancellation fee. So this feels like cheating a customer to join the club and then extorting money from them.The manager was no help with the process either.

Random policies show up as soon as you try to close your account, constant nickel and diming, prices go up regularly and they offer 0 flexibility on any of this.This gym is too small and I'll equipped to be charging these prices.

Great gyms. Bought a $65 membership and can go to just about any of the gyms in Massachusetts. I use four of them. kept clean. Courteous staff. great workout classes

This Sports club has all the bells and whistles as far as equiptment and programs however, The STaff are horrible. They put unexperianced staff at the front desk like ( Em ) Who will tell you they do not know when her supervisors are comming in to work. ( Em) Tells you that someone will call you back but they never do. If you show the least bit of frustration over the phone to her she will tell you she does not like your tone and shuts the conversation down. She is seriously lacking in the customer service department . Never give this sports club your debit card to pay a bill because they will take money that you do not authorise in a flash,

Only two options to cancel a membership I didn’t even know was still active are to come into the gym, in person, or to send a letter. In a pandemic. No online cancellation. Join at your own risk (literally)

I am very disappointed with BSC Davis. I had been a long-standing member, had taken a hiatus for a couple of years and was looking to come back. I called to sign up, was confirmed at a set monthly rate after discussing with the membership consultant. The GM just needed to call me back, to take my payment info. I never got a call back, so I called to check in, and I was told by the membership consultant that the rate I was quoted was erroneous and could not be granted. The same membership consultant gave me a different but still, unacceptable rate (imo) as I had been given a confirmed quote of half that before. When I complained to upper mgmt, as this seemed to me like bad business practice, I was told there was no budging AND the rate that could be given was more than the highest rate the membership consultant had given as a final number. BSC get your sh!t together! You’ve lost me as a member for life. And I hope this helps others to decide not to come back too; you don’t deserve my money or the money of others who are looking to join/re-join. Total shitshow.

I absolutely love this gym, not too crowded during peak hours and the staff is really friendly. My first time going to a Boston Sports Club and I personally love how comfortable the space is. Pretty spacious and lots of equipment with knowledgeable staff to help out when I had questions.

Great convenient location, clean, good equipment, great staff, and some of the best classes I've taken at a gym! Don't get why this gym has such terrible reviews but I've been going here quite sometime and have never had an issue. Paul, one of the staff members has always been knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible.

Do not join this gym. They are criminals that make it impossible to cancel memberships even during a pandemic. They are clearly disregarding the agreement they had with the Attorney General and will not honor online cancellation attempts from back in April. The gym itself is dirty and overcrowded. About one half of the cardio machines are always broken.
