First visit was pretty great. Plenty of equipment available, even during peak hours. They have everything you need for exercising, aside from a pool. It's clean, & they keep the lights down to a medium glow. There were probably a hundred or more people there & it wasn't all that loud. I was impressed & look forward to my next visit.Update: Still exercising here & still happy with my choice :)

Hot water doesn't work in any of the shower stalls. You get what you pay for I guess.Update: After a few months of going to this gym I've noticed none of the machines get fixed, which is frustrating since if you want to work out those muscle groups. There are also a handful of machines that arnt out of commission, but need fixed.

Signed up once again. Doc says to lose some weight and get healthier. Not getting any younger. Like the gym, plenty of equipment to workout on. Good atmosphere and massage chair and water massage tables to boot.

Great equipment, very clean and plenty of machines (treadmills, elipticals, stair climbers, free weights, machine weights/circuit training). The massage chairs and hydro beds were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

UPDATE: After this review was posted, Planet Fitness finally responded and refunded the charges. I updated the review to 3 stars to reflect that they did solve the issue, but I did not give 5 stars because it took months of hassle to get there.I hate to leave a bad review for such a specific issue, but it's an important one. They have continued to charge me despite nearly a year of trying to cancel. My first cancellation didn't work, and I noticed months later...then COVID hit. I called repeatedly for months, with no responses to my voicemails. The club opened back up in August, still without any form of contact, and began charging my account again without permission. Whenever I go in, there is no manager present, and no one else is "authorized" to assist me.Planet Fitness: If you aren't going to return calls, you need to post an email. Customers need to be able to resolve disputes! And if you are closed without any form of contact for months, you need to reach out before resuming membership fees...I didn't even know you were open! I'm now going through the fraud/dispute process with my bank because I literally cannot reach your management. It may not be intentional, but it is unacceptable.*Note: The facilities are clean, friendly, and maintained. If not for this fraud issue, I would have no complaints...minus 3 stars for bad business practices.

Has been a good gym for me over the last three years. The face mask requirement was a real bummer for awhile (had to drive to Coeur d’Alene to workout for several months) Nobody in their right mind wants to run cardio wearing one of those. Otherwise, I have never had any negative experiences. Hoping they will update some of the equipment in the future though, some of it it getting a little worn out.

I joined and signed up for the Design Your Own Program. I have worked with a personal trainer before and was expecting a similar experience. I was given a photo copy of a hand written beginner program and told to go to the group classes. I was supposed to have a half hour to customize a plan tailored to me. I was rushed out in 11 min with no customization at all. I made it clear that the class times would not work for me and was told to come in if I had the day off to attend classes. Very disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Went home to see if I could find a personal trainer to work with me and this gym doesn't allow that. So I'm canceling my membership and for an extra $3.00 a month I joined another gym that has a pool and has real personal trainers.

Member for over 5 years and no more. Months ago when we were back in phase 1 I asked to cancel my membership as i wasn't comfortable working out with a mask on. The worker that day froze my membership vs cancel which i now realize. Months later i randomly get a bill for monthly plus an annual bill. I went in and cancelled yesterday. The worker said to call today once the fee posted and a manager would help. Needless to say manager was not willing to help. I understand contracts and all that but how about customer loyalty and properly educated employees? Money is a one way street here. Low gym fees are nice but customer service is too..

This truly is a no judgement zone. My husband and I have had memberships to other gyms and stopped going after a short while. The people make all the difference. We truly enjoy the 30 minute circuit because of the other "regulars" that we have become friends with. This is a great place to let go of your fears and do what you need to do for yourself.
