I have been involved in lifting weights for years but have never worked with someone as knowledgeable as Biju. He does so much more than work on the major muscle groups. He has helped me build muscles that had been neglected with the standard workout. He teaches you how the body improves and why he instructs the way he does. I am about to turn 67 and I am now in the best shape I have ever been. I wear a size 2 jeans….age has nothing to do with a strong and healthy body. I’m now plan to meet with Cathy to fine tune my diet. Best decision I have made.

Biju is wonderful! He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is pacing me perfectly for my age and ability. I feel noticeably stronger following each session. I have learn a lot about form and control to maximize my workouts. Best trainor I have ever had!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. It was really difficult to get back into working out especially after months of quarantine. I gave them a call and Cathy was super quick to get back to me and set up my first day. She is beyond thorough and makes everything so easy to understand and made me feel like my goal was actually attainable. My absolute favorite thing is the meal plan. She gave me a plan that was not only easy to keep up with, but it was also full of things I actually enjoy eating. I also appreciate how much she cares about her clients as a whole and you really do become part of something amazing. Coming here and seeing Cathy for some cardio is the best part of my morning, I feel better, I look better, and I greatly appreciate the work that both Biju and Cathy put in to make this the best experience. The amount of work they put in is unmatched, definitely give them a call :)

Biju is a wonderful trainer. He is very passionate about health and fitness and his energy is contagious. He uses a strategic and realistic approach to helps reach individual goals. Work outs with him are fun. Highly recommend him for fitness training.

This has been the best experience! Cathy has taken the time to teach me HOW to workout, what to eat and when and the results show it! I feel better than I have in a really long time. Not going to lie, the first week was rough but my cheerleader/drill Sargent was by my side the whole time. Encouraging me, pushing me and really showing me what was possible. Cannot say enough great things about this place- clean, up to date equipment but the dedication to your experience is all you really need to know 😉

I approached Cathy and Biju with some goals in mind. They were extremely helpful with answering my questions and letting me know the best route to reach my goals. Cathy was extremely helpful in letting me know for the goals that I wanted, to be stronger in bike riding, hiking, jogging and overall strengthening And working on my breathing, the cardio would be the best for me. She was excellent at listening to me at what exercising I have done before and what level of fitness I'm at right now. She made a personal plan for me for the elliptical and the treadmill. She adjusted as need be for my fitness level and encouraged me through every step of the way. Very personal and set and designed for my specific needs. She encouraged me and explained to me that if I didn't meet the goal the next day that that was fine that we were working up to it. Their business is extremely clean, they're very professional, very polite, very helpful and are amazing to work personally with you to meet all of your needs. They have helped me work to meet my goals and I am extremely pleased with how they meet my needs personally. It is awesome and amazing to be able to work with someone one-on-one and get the encouragement that I need and not have to do it all on my own. I would highly recommend Cathy and Biju and their business Body by Biju to anyone who would love to have a personal one-on-one trainer who listens to you, works with you to meet your goals and your needs.

“Body by Biju” has by far been the best personal training experience I’ve had. Biju and Cathy are amazing individuals, and truly work with you to get you the results you want. They’re friendly, professional, and down right great people who know their stuff; They’ll answer any questions and work with you on correct form to prevent injuries. When they say you get a full hour of working out, they mean it! If you are on the fence, hop off and give them a call, you will not regret it! Thank you Biju and Cathy for all you do!

Paul had a great time learning more about training your body and understanding more does not always equal better or quicker results.Biju and Cathy do a great job of working with you the client and making a person feel welcomed in their facility.We Appreciate the health and physical wellness knowledge we have learned from them and look forward to implementing the nutrition aspect to Paul’s diet to help him reach his goals.We will be back.

Cathy and Biju are great! They always have your best interest at heart and will work with you to make sure you get the results you want. Biju is knowledgeable and encourages you and helps you do your best. Cathy is great at communicating any updates with the gym and responding to rescheduling workouts and reminding workout times

Five stars is not enough. To say that I have let myself go is an understatement. I was scared to start working out for fear of hurting myself but not working out was no longer an option. Biju is the ultimate professional. The privacy and one on one training are more than I could have hoped for but exactly what I needed. Biju knows every fiber in every muscle and exactly how to target them. He explains every lift and exactly what muscle is being worked. I am not in fear that I will injure myself and that my form is correct. I always feel like I'm getting VIP treatment . I look forward to my weekly sessions and seeing the transformation that is happening with my body. I love Biju.. and I also love his wife Kathy. She customizes the nutritional plans and sends out reminders prior to every training session (I'm sure she does much more but I'm keeping this short). She has some pretty funny meme's too. If you are serious about training then you must go see Biju.
