Body by Biju is top notch the best training facility I've ever used. Like most of us I've always worked at keeping myself in shape between personal trainers, a passion for obstacle races and running in general. About 3 yrs ago I was in a serious car accident which took me out of the game for quite a while. Physical therapy 3 x a wk for months with very very little improvement which left me feeling hopeless and that my previous physical lifestyle was over.Between my customized meal plan and training sessions with Biju my confidence has returned in leaps and bounds. I know I have a ways to go still but I am physically feeling stronger and starting to visually see the changes in my physique as well as being able to move better than I have since my accident. Nothing happens over night but I know with Cathy and Biju by my side my goals are attainable again and will be reached. Thank you, Thank youBody by Biju team.

I started out with Biju 25 years ago and he stopped training me do to personal obligations. Through the years I tried to workout with other trainers, at least 10 if I was to guess, they were more focused on the latest media trends of fitness rather than having a true understanding of strength, muscle growth and a persons individual goals. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see his clinic open and to discover he has maintained his dedication to fitness through all these years. Now in my fifties, I’m back training with the best! Not to forget his wonderful wife Cathy who’s warm smile greets you and can set up a nutritious eating plan (even for us vegetarians) to meet goals. Highly, highly recommend Body by Biju! 💪🏻

Body By Biju is amazing. I would recommend Biju to anyone, whether you are just starting out, or an experienced athlete. Like most, my life is very, very, busy.. I have wonderful family (2 growing boys) and full time career which makes it difficult to stay healthy. I have tried multiple gyms, health apps, and nothing seemed to work. Body By Biju makes it so simple! I worked with Cathy on a realistic eating plan, that not only keeps me full, but includes normal food that I like to eat. Working 1:1 with Biju is awesome.. he tells me exactly what to do and all I have to do, or worry about, is putting in the work. I am seeing results like never before and so thankful for finding this great team!

I have been coming to Body by Biju for about 1 1/2 years and training with Biju for approximately one year. I love that the training is one-on-one and the individualized aspect is great if you have any injuries or health issues to work around. Biju helps encourage and motivate you on your journey to gain strength. I love the friendliness and family atmosphere. I know I have definitely come a long ways from where I started and I would highly recommend this facility.

Body by Biju is an ideal personal training business for anyone at any level of fitness. I was looking for personal training to get ready to go to the military, and luckily found Cathy and Biju. I have seen more results in Biju’s training and Cathy’s meal plan in the 2 months I’ve been training with them than I have seen doing any other fitness training. Not only have I seen fantastic results, but I have gained another family away from family. Cathy and Biju are very supportive and caring, they truly want you to succeed and see the results you can achieve. Biju, Cathy and Tasha are amazing. I have tried multiple gyms and fitness centers in the area, but this team is about producing results. Biju has an innate way of knowing what your body and muscles are doing and will individualize your workout to produce results. He trains all levels, beginners to getting you ready for competition. He has a gift and takes his time to go above and beyond.

I'm having an amazing experience. I have always worked out and thought I was effective- This past couple of months I have learned more from Biju about proper toning and training and TRUE effectiveness than I ever knew! Both Biju and Cathy have been beyond helpful in so many ways- I have an extremely busy schedule and despite their own busy schedules they were ALWAYS there to work with me the best they could....Cathy is a master at scheduling :) I will continue to train with him in the future. I love the results after a short time, I'm soooo excited for the next couple of months! They are both very supportive and lots of fun. They have become great friends and I look forward to having them by my side for a long time to come.

Body By Biju is an amazing place to get personal training! Biju and Cathy truly care about the quality of the meal plan, training and their facility. The workout equipment is top notch too.I’m a double amputee Veteran and it’s not a problem at Body By Biju. They are willing to think outside of the box and figure out creative ways to make my training work for me.

I decided I was getting a little larger then life and needed to bring it down a notch. I was looking for a place that could provide me with a meal plan and a work out routine. I didn't want to be in a place where I would just be one of the masses. I lucked out and found Biju and Cathy. Cathy has been very helpful with keeping me accountable for my nutrition while working with me to find a plan I can stick with and Biju well he's just great. He subtly pushes you to your limits while helping you achieve your goals. He is extremely knowledgeable and great with helping you understand what to do and how it is changing your body. I am very happy with my results so far and am only half way through my journey. If you are looking for a comfortable environment with people who genuinely care Cathy and Biju is where you want to be. My only issue is I wish I could eat more toast ;).

Body by Biju is simply the best place to go for your fitness goals. I have been going to the boot camp for about a month. I have found it to be a fun and effective way to get in an intense workout.The meal plans that Cathy prepares are completely tailored to your goals and needs. I highly recommend joining up and getting involved here. There are some awesome people that have experience and desire to help you achieve whatever goals you have.
