I was not impressed with this location. It has everything you would expect at a planet fitness, but the staff clearly does not take pride in it.The equipment is clean.2 people working the front desk but neither even looked up to greet me, or the person in front of me, or the 2 behind.It looks like the kind of dirty where they have been sloppy mopping for weeks now, and the same grime and dirt is still in the corners.In the women's locker room, the TV is off, and one blown speaker is making quiet fuzzy noises trying to keep up with the music.I was told to "have a good night" by one of the workers as they looked up from their phone with thumbs still on their screen.

This gym isn't for everyone. There is more cardio equipment and less weight lifting options. It also makes fun of people who take their fitness seriously. Instead of implying all are welcome, it is NOT all-inclusive. Enter with caution. Something to consider, the price of a cheaper gym is less consideration and service.

It has been great so far. I enjoy the tanning, massage equipment, and full body enhancement. I will say people do not wipe down equipment after use, and it's pretty nasty. I wipe down before and after use because people, especially males, use the equipment and sweat all over it and just hop to the next one. It's a fairly clean facility and most of the staff is personable, but if I'm being honest, they act like you're bothering them when you go up for help, when you're new. One guy was sitting on the counter texting, sighed after looking and me and reluctantly came over to help. He got nice after realizing how nice I am but clearly they get paid minimum wage as it's reflected in their enthusiasm for working here. Overall, okay for $25 a month and $10 a month if you only use one location and not the massage,tanning etc... Chop shop feel is what I would call it..

Staff was very friendly, but the status of the machines, and cleanliness are lacking. I might be biased, because my PF is new, and very well kept, but this location rarely gets cleaned judging from heavy layers of dust everywhere.

The gym area is kept nice and equipment functioning. But it is very common for there to be no hot water, broken toilets, broken pieces of the shower (towel hooks, on/off handles, temp controls). Management does not address the locker rooms. Northwest Blvd Location, Spokane.

I called to ask why I was being double charged for the month of January plus some additional charges. The associate was incredibly rude to me and would not refund my double charge without seeing my bank statements. Told me I was just broke and couldn’t afford planet fitness and in order to do a refund (on a double monthly charge) she would have to go over my bank statements. WOW the level of rudeness I have never experienced at any place before. I will take my membership elsewhere.

Eek because Muv closed downtown I was going to find another gym close to me. After reading these reviews I don’t think I want to even try. I think Muv in the valley is worth my drive. They are very clean. If there is one thing I can’t handle in a gym it is lack of cleanliness. Sorry planet fitness but I think I’m spooked by the reviews at this location.

I like the staff, location and training equipment, but the deferred maintenance at this facility is poor. Only 1 of the 4 water massage tables are working and have been mostly out of service for weeks now. Half the TVs are off and only 2 of 4 running have sound for your ear buds. 1 of the 2 reclining squat machines has been "temporarily" out of service for weeks. Would be nice if someone cleaned the shoe mud out of the half lockers as it can get on your hangingcloths in the half lockers or if your jacket falls in the full locker. Please fix this ASAP!

Overall it is a good atmosphere, the number of cardio machines vs free weights and pulley system seems overwhelming. With limited stock it was very crowded and despite being there for almost 2 hours never had an opportunity to get a free weight squat rack. Maybe it was bad time of day, but for the size of gym and only 4 stations it seemed like a privilege to be able to get one. If your into cardio though, there is probably 100 stations to choose from with a variety.

I might have been a little harsh, it's a really good place, it's not really the owner and business fault employees now don't have any pride in their work and don't want to put any effort to clean and be courteous and friendly. Can hardly get a please or thank you. I blame the whole COVID BS.
